Villa, 10 pers, in the heart of the village in a quiet street, heated swimming pool in summer

Superb luxury villa in the heart of Sainte Marie de Ré in a small dirt street (a raise) lined with hollyhocks. The Villa is perfect for two families with one side of the house 2 bedrooms and the other two bedrooms. The 4 are en-suite. The living room (kitchen, dining room, living room) of over 100m2 opens on one side on the heated 10x4m pool and garden, the other on a large patio.
The house also has a large playroom (30m2) with mezzanine, for the joy of your children.
It is a house that we like a lot and where we feel at peace, the children are happy and spend their day outside in the patio, the garden, the pool or the large driveway. They love the game room.
On foot we can do the shopping, and we don't use the car much. The house is in the calm of the summer tumult and we are a few minutes from the villages of La Flotte and Saint Martin.

Super sejour

Accueil chaleureux. Une maison splendide, decoree avec goût, et munie de grands espaces permettant des moments de vie differents intérieurs et extérieurs. Une orientation permettant de profiter du soleil. Une grande piscine piscine chauffée. Tout près du centre de sainte marie de ré...il ne manque rien !

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben in diesem sehr schönen Haus auf der Ile-de Ré eine wunderbare Woche mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hochwertig ausgestattet, hat einen schönen Garten und einen tollen Pool. Auch die Lage ist super: in direkter Umgebung gibt es eine Markt, Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie einen Fahrradverleih. Die Strände sind mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (2 semaines en été) dans cette très belle villa, très pratique pour deux familles (4 adultes et 4 ados) avec de belles prestations: grande piscine chauffée agréable, joli jardin toujours ensoleillé, proche de tous les commerces, pistes cyclables facile d’accès, tout peut se faire facilement à pieds ou à vélo. Et des propriétaires charmants ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à l'Ile de Ré ! We had a wonderful stay (2 weeks / Summer) in this wonderful villa, very convenient for 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers) with all required amenities: large and pleasant heated pool, very nice sunny garden, close to all shops and bike tracks, everything at hand either on foot or by bike. And lovely tenants ! We’ll be back in Ré with pleasure !

Perfect spot for relaxation

Fabulous amenities in the property and in a great neighbourhood. Close to everything you need - beach, bike shop, market, restaurants, bread shop. Lovely and quiet.

Lovely stay in a beautiful family villa

We stayed for two weeks at this lovely villa in Sainte Marie de Re. It was very comfortable, clean and well located on the island. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was a great size secured by a gate so ideal with young children. We really enjoyed staying in a family home as opposed to a holiday let - it felt very homely and relaxing. We also used the bikes, barbeque and table tennis table. We spent a lot of time at the Gros Jonc beach approx 15 mins away. Pascale our contact on the ground was very friendly and attended to our requests promptly and with a smile. We would very much recommend this villa and island - we had a great time!!
