Enjoy our 1 bedroom Unit at the Reserve Lofts!
It is Urban Cowboy on the Lake! Spend time with your favorites in this cozy, western designed one bedroom. The stone fireplace from the original building circa 1932, is complimented with luxe furnishings and brass accents throughout this unit. The Kitchen is fully stocked. It has a pantry, and a round marble top table for dining to seat 4. The Master Bedroom has a plush king size bed, a dresser, cable TV, and a walk out balcony to overlook the Lake of the Ozarks. The bathroom has a tub/shower and closet. The living room has a Murphy Bed Cabinet that opens to a comfortable memory foam queen size mattress, a leather accent chair, and cowhide accent chair. This unit also includes Wireless Internet and a full size washer/dryer.Guests have access to The Reserve Lofts private pool deck with pool side lounge chairs, hot tub, and BBQ area with a beautiful lake view.This unit is the perfect HoneyMoon Suite at the Lake! This unit is wheelchair accessible and ADA Compliant.

Location is amazing! Beautifully appointed condo, and although the weather wasn’t ideal, we even had an opportunity to try out the swimming pool and hot tub. Both were fantastic. 1932 Reserve restaurant is a must try. We planned to only to have dinner there, but ended going up back for lunch the next day.

Very clean and great location. A little on the noisy side from apartment above - it is not a very 'noise deadining' building.

First time Ozarks experience.

Easy location to find. Water view was nice. Balcony located on the East side. It was suggested a full length mirror is needed. Although nice, we never utilized the pool, hot tub or outside seating. I guess October weather will have that effect. Overall I would recommend.

Our Stay at the Reserve

We found the property to be exactly as described. The property manager was easy to reach and responded very quickly to any and all questions. The condo was spotless and had everything our group needed. The pool and balconies made for great people/boat watching throughout the weekend. Lastly, the attached bar/restaurant was fantastic and has the best bartenders on the lake, not to mention the fantastic bourbon collection. Would definitely recommend this rental!

A gem on the Lake

This one bedroom loft with high ceilings was even more spacious than I expected. Reserved parking and easy door lock make it simple to get in and out. Kitchen and bathroom were pretty, clean & well appointed. In-loft washer and dryer were great to have on the lake. Enjoyed the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake off the comfy bedroom. I was the only guest during my midweek stay - heaven! All other units were filled on my last day which substantially increased the noise through walls & ceiling. The pool & hot tub area is wonderful - nice lake view but somewhat secluded from restaurant/bar patrons. The restaurant is quite good with lovely outdoor seating and friendly staff. Caution - many stairs are required to get to restaurant, bar, and/or pool.

Good property, with amenities.

The property is very nice with a good location. The only issue was the lack of insulation/noise barrier between units. You are able to clearly hear the surrounding unit's conversations and footsteps above.
