Flawless start to finish - 5 stars!

From the start, communication with Rene was quick and clear. Apartment is essentially flawless, well positioned on one of the quieter streets in an otherwise busy area. Extremely well equipped with good quality fittings. AC is in all rooms indecently, quiet and effective. Excellent internet and TV (big screens, all rooms) and truly outstandingly comfortable beds (!!). Small balconies front and rear give fresh air access and a lift makes arrival easy. Rene is a great host. Thoroughly recommended. !!!

Amazing place, close to everything!

The place is bigger than what you are used to in Cannes. Also, it was recently renovated, so it looks great. Two balconies with chairs and a small coffee table add to the value of the apt.
