beautiful property, excellent communication from the host.

The unit is exactly as pictured and has an amazing Terrace with dipping pool. Fantastic view of little bay, Cruise ships and marine traffic and Phillipsburgh. Only drawback is the super steep driveway up to the unit.

Perfect getaway

I cannot say enough about how AMAZING this property and its owners are. Very responsive and helpful owners. The property is 10x better in person than in photos (you just have to see it with your own eyes). The views are beautiful and the pool was perfect. We didn't want to leave :(, but know we will be staying there again if we ever find ourselves visiting SXM again.

I would recommend Brittany and her family to anyone renting out apartments. They were excellent guests ! The good qualities you would expect from a guests in your apartment . They left the unit very clean and tidy . They were polite, considerate, sociable, helpful and quiet. It felt great to have them here. Our communication was fluid . You are always warmly welcome back! I wish you all the best ! Marina / Terraces Little Bay - Sint Maarten

The views!!

When we walked in we were mesmerized by the views from this lovely apt! There were drinks (water/beer) in the fridge which was a nice touch after a long journey. The pool was so refreshing after a day out. We were a family of 2 parents and 2 adult kids and there was plenty of room for us all. Had a wonderful time, and would recommend.

Amazing Caribbean stay

We stayed for one month in the 3 bedroom. WiFi, smart tv, ac, washer/dryer was as good or better than what you would expect in the US. Hosts went above and beyond-even to the point of driving us to the grocery store when national rental ran out of cars for the day....they also hooked us up with a driver for nights when we wanted to “over enjoy dinner/bars”. All around amazing experience we worked remotely with no issues, and the WiFi speed was excellent. Would highly recommend a meal plan from arena base camp for stays longer than a week and the recommended boat rental. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

We have met several times outside by chance and he was always trasmiting a good vibes , ready to comment his next place to visit and showing he was having a food time! And this what we love the most! Guest having a great experience building unforgetable moments in their minds! Daniel, you are more than welcome to come back !! Looking forward to see you again! By the way, you left the unit impecable ! 🙏 Thank you!!

Amazing Views and Location

The place was amazing. For once, the pictures actually do not do the place justice. Views are incredible and we found the location to be great. The plunge pool is heated and great place to enjoy a morning coffee and view. Really close to Phillipsburg and also quick drive to dinner options in Simpson Bay. Communication with hosts was above any other VRBO I've stayed. We would definitely go back. We rented a jeep and I would recommend it. The hill is rather steep and although a taxi did make it up the hill for us on one occasion, when it rained, we actually could not make it up the hill without 4-wheel drive. Baie Rouge beach was our favorite, but there is also a very secluded beach right at bottom of hill from this villa with a public access point that for some reason nobody used. We found the beach to ourselves both afternoons we went there.

A Room With A View!

My husband and I with our two best friends were thrilled to be back in St. Marten! Celebrating Jim's 60th birthday this stay could not have been more perfect. The place was very clean and brilliantly built for those looking to escape the mundane! We hope to be back on track for our annual island visit and will certainly look here FIRST for availability. Thank You Maria and Gabrielle. ~ Jim, Faye (Stephen and Terry)
