Nestled amongst majestic Live oaks, this 1920 cottage is just a 3-minute walk to the main shopping and dining district of Downtown Mount Dora. First time on the vacation rental market, this home has been remodeled from top to bottom with 5 Star amenities. Luxury abounds with wide plank hardwood flooring and a beautifully outfitted kitchen with sleek granite countertops and a separate dining room. The kitchen offers a refrigerator including an ice maker, full-size oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from our Keurig coffee station on the homes' large front porch. A luxurious bathroom with a full-size walk-in shower awaits you. For your entertainment, we offer a 55” 4K TV in the living room that includes Netflix and Hulu Live programming. The bedroom offers a queen size memory foam bed with infused cooling gel and Egyptian cotton sheets. A 42” 4K TV is provided for your viewing pleasure. For additional guests, the living room offers a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. A washer and dryer are also available for our guests' convenience. This home has recently been placed on Mount Dora’s Historical Register making it truly one of a kind.

We’ve stayed at The Ingram twice now, and it truly feels like our home away from home in Mount Dora. From the moment we open the door and are greeted by the warm glow of the gas fireplace, we feel instantly relaxed and welcomed. It’s such a thoughtful touch and sets the tone for a cozy, comfortable stay.The cottage is always spotless and beautifully maintained. We love the mix of historic charm and modern comforts—the comfy memory-foam bed, the crisp linens, and the well-equipped kitchen that makes mornings so easy. Enjoying coffee on the front porch beneath the live oaks has become one of our favorite little rituals.And the location couldn’t be better. Being able to stroll into downtown in just a few minutes is something we really appreciate. After spending the day wandering the shops and enjoying dinner, coming back to this peaceful, charming cottage feels perfect.We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. The Ingram has truly become a special place for us.

A wonderful, quiet home near all the shops/reataurants

We spent just one night but it was very relaxing. The historic bungalow has been completely renovated and is beautiful on the inside and out. Gorgeous kitchen and bathroom. Nice living room with fireplace. And cozy bedroom. Two TVs with all the apps and live TV on Hulu. Fully stocked and a thoughtful welcome bottle of Pinot Grigio. The manager was super easy to communicate with and everything was a breeze. It’s only 2 blocks from the historic downtown where all the shops and dining are located. We were very happy and will definitely return again.

Best Vacation Rental We have Ever stayed in

The property is in fantastic condition, excellent quality everything. It's so close to downtown you can park your car and never use it again. The property manager was very communicative and responsive. We had a hiccup with the water heater and while there wasn't anything to be done on a Saturday, they promptly relocated us the next day. It's Florida and it was hot. A cold shower had it's merits. :-) We have already recommended this rental to many of our friends.

The property is nice. The bed (only bed)is a full size bed. My husband is 6’4. It should state the size of the bed. We did not sleep well. The room that the bed is in has a sheer blind to cover the window that you could see through from the parking lot. We had to figure out how to cover the window for privacy. The shower tile could have been cleaner. Then we were asked to clean (or put items in the washer) bedding and towels the next morning when check out was 10am. A lot of money for one night of hardly any sleep.
