This apartment looks beautiful, but I never saw it. I booked a couple weeks ago and I had a lot of difficulty getting in contact with the owner. When I finally did, he said the place was not available for my dates even though the dates were available on both Expedia and Vrbo. There was a very rigid cancel clause so I had to work with Vrbo to address the situation. This led to mad scrambling to find another place as I was already having difficulty finding a place to stay on short notice. There was also a very rigid cancel clause so I had to work with Vrbo to address the situation. It was disappointing and stressful. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Great spot in the heart of the city

Really enjoyed my stay in Alexandre's property in Madrid. It is right in the city centre, very close to metro and bus lines, and a short walk to Gran Via. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and has everything you could need, even for a longer stay like I had. It is close to bars and restaurants, so there is some noise at night, but it is also very close to some of the best places to eat and drink in the city. Alex was very easy to deal with and very pleasant, I really recommend this apartment.
