Thanks for experience.

I visited this hotel with my family. We were 4 people. Check in was not a good experience as the door was jammed and we had to wait 2 hours for them to come and open the door. However, everything else was just perfect for the price. thank you very much.

Disappointing access and accommodations

Figuring out the access was nearly impossible... the entrance was actually 2 or 3 doors down from the provided address, the lock box practically hidden and their was no phone to call. The primary bedroom. Is in the basement.

Very Nice/ Odor Issues

This is a beautiful Loft with 2 bed 2 baths very modern and well decorated. We were very confortable. Location is great, 2 small block aways from restaurants, theater, subway. 6-7 blocks away from Plaza Mayor. Only downside about this property and I need to be honest with future guests its a strong Sewer related Odor in the basement bedroom that its pretty disgusting. I informed the host and they told me to leave water running . Nothing changed.

Good stay

Pros-location was phenomenal (within 5 minutes of walking there is a supermarket, mini markets, plenty of places to eat/drink and access to metro). -the property itself was spacious for three adults and two children ages 3 and 7.-the property felt safe/secure and was clean.Cons- the loft bedroom is right next to the street and it can get pretty loud during the day but especially at night (we aren’t light sleepers so the noise never woke me or my daughters up)-there wasn’t enough towels for a 10 day stay, therefore we ended up going to a laundry mat twice (about 3 minute walk).Overall, if loud noises at times don’t bother you, this is a great space to stay with close friends/family. There were some minor things we needed assistance with inside the property and the manager was very attentive in their responses. My daughters enjoyed the TV room and being able to play freely and the adults appreciated how accurate the property listing was!

Safety HARZARD!

This was by far the worst place across of our stays acorss Spain and Portugal. The mold and dust was so bad we had to vacate (my daughter and I had asthma attacks) and move to a hotel. DO NOT rent from RENTITUP - still waiting for a response nearly a week later. Pictures are so deceptive. Furniture is falling to pieces, freezer was clogged with ice, tables wobbly, mold on ceiling, shower handle missing so could use shower. Beds are hard - not sure how this place passed any approvals (VRBO couldnt provide date when inspected) Simply, the streets of Madrid were cleaner!Having said all this, VRBO (not host RentITUP) did right thing and covered hotel. We lost valuable time on our trip trying to get resolution! (Happy to add photo's and videos to support comments - host and VRBO has all)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr dunkel und muffig. Der Esstisch ist nicht stabil, da die Füße mehrmals ummontiert wurden. Uns ist das Essen leider mehrmals umgekippt, da der Tisch sehr instabil ist. Das WC war defekt und wir haben erst nach 4 Tagen Hilfe bekommen. Der Handwerker kam zudem nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit und wir mussten lange warten. Die Isolierung ist schlecht und unprofessionell gedämmt. Dadurch ist es Abends in der Wohnung extrem laut. Der Gastgeber ignoriert alle Vorwürfe und hat uns am Ende sogar eine Rechnung über 80 gestellt, weil uns vorgeworfen wurde etwas beschädigt zu haben, was absolut nicht stimmt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr unseriös und ich warne jeden hier definitiv nicht zu übernachten. Lassen sie sich nicht von den Fotos im Internet täuschen. Die Unterkunft ist dunkel und die schwarzen Wände im Wohnbereich sind sehr dreckig. Suchen sie sich besser eine andere Unterkunft!

El argumento de esta valoración es falso, nuestro equipo brindó el apoyo oportuno y pertinente las veces que fue necesario. El huésped omitió el daño de uno se los servicios y por ello que se adjudicó el coste, ya que por algo no se reportó. El alojamiento es fiel a la descripción, y cumple con lo descrito en forma y características.

Nos encantó el departamento, aunque un poco estrecho (como todo en Europa), convivimos 6 personas perfectamente. Tener 2 baños es una ventaja! La comunicación es muy servicial y cortés. Todo muy bien, sí regresaríamos.

Le point positif: appartement très bien situé, proche de tout les lieux à visiter.Les points négatifs : manque d'équipements de cuisine (2 verres pour 5!), la table pour manger pas adaptée (2 chaises, les 3 autres personnes ont dû manger par terre). La climatisation, c'est juste des ventilateurs.Le gros bémol : 160 de parking pour garer la voiture pour 5 jours (ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce)

空港から夕方の渋滞の中45分、昼間はUberで30分ほど。地下鉄一号線のTriso de Molina駅まで徒歩5分、三号線のLavapiés駅まで7分の大変便利な場所にあります。 マヨール広場やサン・ミゲル市場までも歩いてすぐです。 賑やかなエリアなので夜中まで家の前を歩く人の話し声が聞こえます。ドアの上にある通気口から外の音は直に入ってくるので、気になる人は睡眠に支障が出るかも。私は二晩目で慣れました。 二人で宿泊しました。地下のベッドルームはエンスイートで、ロフトにもベッドが一台。小上がりのような、おしゃれなリビングにあるソファの一台もベッドになるので3〜4人でも止まることができます。 コーヒーメーカー、トースター、電子レンジ、電気ケトル、鍋類や食器類もそろっています。Carrefour、Lidlなどのスーパーもあって便利です。 何よりも、マネジメント会社のサポートが常に迅速で助かりました。WhatsAppでやり取りしていましたが、スペイン語だけでなく英語でも対応してくださいます。 チェックインの際、事前に知らされていた電子ロックの番号が間違っていたのかドアが開かなかったのですが、遠隔で番号の設定変更をしてくれ事なきを得ました。 ホテルでは経験できない、「暮らすように旅をする」をここマドリッドで実現できて本当に良かったです！
