In this outbuilding of the mill, Sabrina and Michel have converted the hayloft into a charming, cozy duplex house nestled against the rock, complementing two larger gîtes. This rental is situated on a 15-hectare hilly estate with woods and a first-category river.

Ground floor: open-plan kitchen with dining area, living room with wood-burning stove, separate WC.
Upstairs: one mezzanine bedroom (one queen-size bed), shower room. Heating: electric and wood-burning stove.

Separate laundry room. Terraced garden. Play area, two ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on the property (millrace).
Heated indoor swimming pool (semi-inground), shared with the other gîtes on the property (8m x 4m; 1.35m to 2m deep). Swimming pool protected by a locked glass enclosure with a key available for adults (including a changing room).

GÎTE HIGHLIGHTS: All utilities included. Bed linen, towels, and household linen included.
Cleaning included; please note that only the kitchen area needs to be left clean and tidy, otherwise an €80 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay.

Sauna: One free session per day, then €15.00 per session.
Nordic bath: €50.00 per session. Information and reservations available from the owners.
On-site, 2 gîtes: one for 6 people and one for 12 people.

Only guests wearing gym shoes will be allowed in the fitness room.

Pets are welcome at a rate of €10 per day per pet. Beyond 3 days, the rate is €35 per pet (2 max). Payable on site.

Washing machine and dryer available for shared use with one other cottage.

The price includes: Wi-Fi, electricity, and gas.
