You have a living room with eating space, and open kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, micro-ondes, kettle, coffee machine (senseo), cooker), and a TV and high speed internet connexion.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, of a nice stone building completely renovated. You are right in the heart of the historical center, with a view onto Porte Cailhau, and the river. You are just a few meters from Place du Palais and it's cafés and restaurants, where you can go down to eat and have a drink. You are also just a few meters from the famous Place de la Bourse.
From here you will be ideally situated to visit the city on foot, all touristic and historical sites are just a few meters away, shops, restaurants and cafés (supermarket 50 meters away). You also have 2 tramway stops less than 50 meters away (“place du palais” and “porte de bourgogne”) and bike rental stop just down the road.

Beware: pedestrian area with controlled access, so no direct access by car, you will have to park before. closest carparks are "parking Salinières" or "Bourse Jean Jaurès" less than 200 meters away

Check-ins are normally planned in the afternoon, after 3:30pm (extra charge after 19:00 : 25€)
