This villa is on a very large private plot, lots of off road parking, dining to the front kitchen patio ideal for morning coffee. Sea views and large garden with kidney shaped pool with roman steps, behind this is the tiled pergola encompassing the outside fully fitted barbecue kitchen and outside dining. Inside separate kitchen, large open plan lounge/diner with large flat screen tv, wifi and satellite tv, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, downstairs loo, wifi , We have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

The overall villa is lovely a bit outdated but a still amazing we were left an excellent welcome pack . The area is so peaceful . Pool was brilliant went swimming every morning. There is everything you need there to make your holiday perfect .

A great Villa in a quiet location, air condition working in all rooms, brilliant outside cooking facilities with a fridge. Nice balcony from two bedrooms with a sea view. Two restaurants close to the Villa and Coral bay strip 10 minutes away in a car, Some extra shrubs could be installed for more privacy but no real issues with the residents. We will defo come back to Villa and visit more of Cyprus.

We stayed in the villa June/July 25. We had a couple of very small issues which were sorted immediately for us. Lisa was very quick with her responses and I can't fault the service they provided. The villa is lovely and a great location but is a little tired with some repairs to broken tiles on the floors etc. This is just an honest review and not putting the property down because it's a lovely location and close to the shipwreck. A quick 5/6 min drive to a large supermarket, coral bay restaurants, and the beach. Thank you Lisa for making our stay so enjoyable

Absolutely wonderful

Lovely villa

Lovely villa

Had a lovely 2 week stay at villa . Very clean . Lovely outdoor space and furniture. Pool huge and lovely . Great communication with owners . Lovely welcome pack when we arrived . Villa had everything you needed and was situated on quiet cul de sac . Would highly recommend and would definitely book again . Travelled with husband and 2 children and we all had a brilliant time .

Lovely villa. Full outdoor kitchen. Great!

The villa was lovely, very clean, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Just as described. It was set in a large and beautiful garden. The pool was very large and easily accommodated the whole family . There is a fully fitted kitchen under a shaded pergola which overlooks the pool deck. This was great for keeping an eye on the kids whilst preparing someMediterranean food. I would heartily recommend this villa to anyone and will definitely be going back next year.

Excellent holiday - Relaxing location

Villa is very spacious and has virtually everything you could possibly want. Pool area is spacious and sunny and has shaded areas too for those times when sun too hot. We had an excellent 2 week stay here and would recommend it highly. You do need a car to get about and the only slight downside is there is no shaded car port to keep car cool as even when going out at night car was like walking into a sauna so maybe an idea for the future would be a car port, Villas either side have one so I think it would be a great help. Apart from that a fantastic place to stay.

I too love the garden and the outside kitchen. a car port would be great but its not something you can just build over here, you have to go through planning ( and like everything in cyprus this is a long slow process)the neighbours were done at build time. We use the windscreen shields and pop the engine and ac on a couple of mins before we go anywhere and its lovely and cool when we get in. we hope you choose to stay with us again kind regards Lisa and Felix

good location on a quiet cul de sac, property and pool of a good size and everything you might need for your holiday. need a car but lots of good restaurants nearby even a nice one you can walk too (Elisaveta) (5minutes walk away). little bit of road noise from the main road behind the property (E701) and a few dogs barking but nothing major. Property management team (Felix and Lisa) spot on once again,(having stayed with them 3 times before) even let us stay on at the Villa as we had a late flight home.

Great Villa with Fabulous Pool and Outside Kitchen

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is a good size and most nights that we ate in the villa we used the outside kitchen and BBQ and ate outside. It is a really nice, relaxing space and big enough that we could have other family over for a pool party and dinner one evening. The villa is a great size and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. In a great location, near Coral Bay and Corallia sandy beaches. It is also within easy reach of Paphos. All communication with the owners and check in and check out was very easy and straightforward. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely look at renting it again should I need a villa in Cyprus. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks

Excellent villa, beautiful gardens, pool and outside kitchen.

We had a wonderful time. There were six of us and we were easily accommodated in the villa. The outside space was wonderful. The villa is situated on a large private plot with a beautiful pool and a complete outdoor kitchen under a shaded pergola. After the first couple of days we hardly used the inside kitchen at all. There were 3 restaurants in easy walking distance and of course at least 50 more in and around Coral Bay only three kilometres away. I hope to be back soon and would heartily recommend this villa to couples and families alike.

Truly relaxing holiday

We traveled at a difficult time due to Covid but everything worked perfectly in terms of the villa and booking process. The villa is very good but the outside kitchen is amazing! We cooked all of our meals in this well equipped area; 2 ring electric hob, single gas hob, built in b-b-q, fridge and sink, what more could you ask for! The pool is large and well maintained (pool man cleaned twice a week). Towels and bed linen all fresh and clean and changed each week. The area around the villa is large which means you have space and privacy. Lisa was great at communicating during the booking process and Flexi was only a phone call away during the stay if we needed to get in touch. We fully recommend this villa.

Villa OK but could do with a bit of modernsing, out side of property great, Found a dead cat in rear of villa on arrival and tried to contact host by phone for 3/4 days but no respone until Wednesday after sending them a text message, when Felix came to the villa to ascertain what the problem was. Luckily for us the resident in the villa next to us helped us out and disposed of the cat for us. It was not a nice thing to have around especially with two young children. On the upside the host was gracious enough to allow us to stay on in the villa due to us having a late flight home,

Had you texted Felix as per your welcome letter he would have come to remove it for you, he didnt have any missed calls and or email we were unaware? the text you eventually sent didnt even say what the problem was, he had t come to see to find out, obviously it helps massively when guests let us know of any issues and what the issue is so we can address accordingly The villa is exactly as the photos depict it and priced accordingly , its a great value villa on a stunning plot with wonderful outside area and external covered kitchen area. a unique feature. Obviously investing on a new kitchen and interiors the price would go up substantially. thank you for looking after the villa so well and you are welcome re the complimentary late departure , we always try and accommodate guests if we dont have an arrival the same day. kind regards Lisa

Fantastic Villa, Amazing pool and outside space

We have just got back from a weeks stay at the villa and wish we had been there longer, The pool was amazing it was refreshingly warm so no shock factor if getting into freezing cold water, but cooled you down nicely from the hot sun. There is lots of space by the pool to relax in both sun and shade. The outside kitchen is great the fridge is very handy as you can keep the drinks out there so no need to go back inside when wet from the pool. we used the outside kitchen a few times, it was nice to cook and eat outside the fan also helped to keep you cool. The location is great very quiet the neighbours are friendly, you do need a car to get to the town area where the restaurants are and to the supermarket. Lisa and Felix were very helpful during our booking and we did not need to contact them whilst we were away but I am sure if we had they would have been just as responsive. We would be happy to return for another stay.

fabulous holiday, the villa does not disappoint!

"We have just returned from a a fabulous couple of weeks in Cyprus. Villa Jasmine is the perfect location from which to explore the whole Paphos area and beyond and to venture over to Latchi etc. The location is peaceful and the villa did not disappoint. There were 5 of us (the last one almost an official adult!) and we never felt at any time as if we were in each other's way. There is plenty of space to accommodate sun-lovers and those who prefer shade in equal measure. The outdoor covered kitchen area had lots of use and the pool is absolutely lovely. The few small questions we had when we first arrived were answered promptly by Lisa and Felix and the welcome pack of fresh milk, bread, tea coffee etc on our arrival was a thoughtful and welcome touch. Although a car is necessary as stated, all amenities are just a few minutes drive away (supermarkets, petrol stations, beaches, the main strip of Coral Bay and the more tranquil hillside setting of the town of Peyia) and traffic jams are non existent in this area. The villa is clean, tidy and good value for the size and we would certainly be thinking of going back there with no hesitation" Regards,

Villa is a bit dated, swimming pool freezing but that’s to be expected this time of year. No hot water I did contact Lisa & felix after the electric kept tripping and hadn’t been able to have a hot shower in days, reply was short and like we was a inconvenience and they never done anything about it Nor contacted us to let us know if they could help. Villa was dirty one bedroom smelt like BO everything needs a good wash and clean. Next door neighbours were so lovely and explained that it’s ‘managed’ by Lisa and Felix. I feel like it’s such a shame for the owners because they have really let her property down. Bad points.. - a good clean - pest control to get rid of the ant problem - help to be offered if a customer needs it - could do with being a bit more private, very open to the road Good points… - perfect location although you will need a car - quite calm area - well I equipped kitchen -outdoor kitchen looks great although we didn’t use

Hi I am shocked by the below none is a portrayal of events!. You holidayed in November so naturally an unheated pool will be cold! you have to book a villa with a heated pool and pay for the heating to have a warm pool! Firstly we never received any email from you until 2nd nov saying the power had tripped, we were experiencing the worst storm in the 18 years we have lived here so power was tripping everywhere! Felix immediately advised how to turn it back on. it tripped again as you used the immersion showing there had been water damage. We arranged for the electrician to come after the weekend as we cant get him out on a sunday unless its a major incident such as total power loss.. At this time you informed Felix on text you hadnt had hot water since you arrived but it took you 4 days to report this ! had you done this on arrival or the next day when you realised ,we would have been able to get the electrician that day being a weekday. unfortunately if you dont inform us there is nothing we can do! I did your pre arrival checks , all bedrooms were spotless. all bedding goes to a professional laundry in between every let. In Mediterranean countries you will get ants if you dont fastidiously clean up after yourselves this is not a pest control issue. Ants love crumbs/crisps, wrappers dropped etc when we came post your departure there were many crumbs on the floors, surfaces, lounge etc this all attracts ants. we appreciate its a constant battle esp with children!

We had a wonderful time at this well equipped spotlessly clean villa in a quiet road. It has a fantastic outside space and the pool is large and well maintained. Felix and Lisa were most helpful and very accommodating. I would happily recommend this villa for a relaxing family holiday!

loving the outside life!

Our party of 6 had an amazing trip and will definitely be back. the villa itself is large and the plot huge, well landscaped and very private. we actually stayed in more than we normally would as the outside space was so lovely. we barbecued most nights in the outside kitchen, perfect being able to wash your hands after touching raw meat and keeping the beers chilled without having to go inside. plenty of outside seating for dining and sunloungers, lounging furniture would be a lovely addition . the villa was spotlessly clean and well maintained, the welcome pack most welcome and one of the best we have had,and never been to a villa before with a range of discounts from local bars, restaurants and trips to do! We needed help once from Felix with one of the ac units and he sorted the same day for us. great service, great villa, great holiday

Never Judge a Book By It’s Cover.

The selling point was the outside kitchen unfortunately the main appliance was unreliable. There were 3 of us staying at the villa had our full number turned up we would have had a problem, The shower in the bathroom packed up in the first week there were 2 broken sun loungers poolside and the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was broken. We contacted management after a power cut and told him the problem with the shower and he never bothered to look at it. Summing up, the pool was nice.

Hi I am afraid the below makes no sense whatsoever and is very unfair and not a representation of the villa or your holiday!, as you say there were 3 in your party and you had 4 sun lounger,s we had two that the previous guests had ripped that departed on the day you arrived,stored round the back of the outside kitchen waiting for the company we buy them from to deliver the two new ones and take the old ones, had there been more in your party we would have secured some temporary ones. however 3 people 4 sun loungers we dont see the problem? there was no issue with the shower upstairs as my husband pointed out to you but you didnt seem to understand as there was a power cut for many hours one day the shower wouldnt walk your reply " thats irrelevent to the shower and ac" its totally relevent as the villa has a pressure pump to get water pressure upstairs like most properties here, this needs electricity to run thus if there is a power cut there is no electricity therefore it doesnt work so you get a dribble rather than a full shower. Trying to get it to work despite a power cut you pressed all the switches on the landing thus when it came back on you had turned the pressure pump off! The main appliance in the outside kitchen is a charcoal barbecue, you fill with coals and light it so dont understand why its unreliable ?, the fridge out there works perfectly well and we dont have an oven? so no idea what main appliance can be unreliable. I do feel a guest should represent the actual facts of the villa as a whole not the below which is a total distortation of events which we have no clarified for anyone reading your review! regards Lisa and felix

Villa Jasmine is amazing!

This villa is large and comfortable with a large pool and an amazing outdoor kitchen area. We were rarely in the house except to sleep and used the kitchen area to eat and shelter from the sun saving us the bother of having to dry off before eating or getting drinks. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided and a real bonus is the drinking water cooler and very efficient air conditioning which we found we only needed to use at night. Although you need a car, the villa is very central and less than a 10 minute drive to the supermarket and centre of Coral Bay. Lisa always replies to any queries straight away and is very helpful. The villa is in a very quiet area and is fairly private and I would recommend it for a family holiday.

Villa Close to Coral Bay

Ideal for anyone looking for close proximity to Coral Bay. Will need a car but the journey is just over 5 minutes to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Lovely clean Villa with a large pool and outside dining area. Would highly recommend.

This villa is a stunner, a very large plot, most unusual large pool specifically designed for the villa. Mature landscaped gardens, offering total privacy and peaceful location, lovely sea views from the first floor. The outstanding unique feature is the covered outside kitchen area. Why cook inside when you have a whole kitchen outside?

What makes this property unique

Cyprus holidays are all about being outside, this villa offers everything for large fully landscaped grounds,fruit trees and palms to a very big kidney shaped pool with roman steps and the feature I am not aware of any other villa in the area having a huge fully covered tiled pergola with not only dining furniture but a fully serviced kitchen, why even cook inside!?
