Adagio F-202 - Must See Poolside Unit!!

Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats eight with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a six-top table for outdoor dining.


Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Enjoyed it all

We love Blue Mountain Beach. This was the first time we’ve stayed in a condo and we loved it. We used the chair service and would do that again. This unit looks over the pool which is large and beautiful. It is convenient to everything but secluded enough to be peaceful and family friendly.

A few things we learned for our next time is to bring extra wash clothes or plenty of tide. I had to wash every 2 days (6 wash clothes total for a unit that holds 8 ppl). Something in the laundry room wall makes a loud noise when the dryer is running, but you get used to it after using it a couple of times. Plumbing is good. Be patient when flushing though. It takes a minute and sometimes looks like it going to overflow, but it doesn't.

Sand in sheets on one of the bunks, had not be changed Large sliding door from LR to patio out of alignment, wont lock. Dining room chairs need to be replaced. The added ice machine was a wonderful touch. It’s a short walk to the beach, both pools are absolutely amazing and was never overly crowded, the balcony gets full shade in the afternoon, and there are plenty of valets to utilize when you arrive and checkout.

They not only were loud the heat they produced when you walked into and out of your condo was very hot. Who ever designed this made a hugh mistake. They should have been put on the roofs. Pool was really nice. Beach area could have been swept more. Bedrooms (type of beds) did not match the listing. The condo wasn't as clean as I thought that it should have been - black stuff in bottom of master bedroom shower, etc. and barely enough towels for everyone to have one per day. Washing machine and dryer (dryer particularly) were less than desirable for keeping the towels clean.

Great quiet location

We love staying at Adagio because you are right on the beach and you have the luxury of the pool and beach without having to walk very far. The condos are very spacious for large families and this particular condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need, including beach chairs to take down for a day on the beautiful, sugar white beach! This is such a quiet, nice place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This was our second time staying at Adagio and we can’t wait to visit again!
