Charming villa with private pool, beautiful garden and several terraces

Nice property in a quiet and well maintained urbanization with a beautiful garden with beautiful terraces (covered and uncovered) an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a large pool.
The ground floor comprises a comfortable living room with a lounge (TV), a dining room overlooking the garden and pool and a very well equipped kitchen. You will also find a laundry room (dishwasher and washing machine) and a toilet.
The floor includes three double rooms with fans, one with terrace, a bathroom and a toilet.
The linen (bath towels, bed sheets ...) is provided.
The villa is located between sea and mountains, 35 minutes from Valencia and beaches, 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants of Turis, Montroy, Real and Monserrat.
Very nice situation for the rest or the practice of sports nature, hike, running, trail, cycling of road or VTT.

Une magnifique villa...

À environ 30 minutes de Valence. Dans un lieu tranquille. Une très jolie maison avec une piscine de rêve. Tout y est, pas besoin d alourdir vos valises, de la vaisselle, électroménager au linge de maison tout est prévu. Plusieurs terrasses pour profiter de l extérieur en fonction du soleil. De grandes chambres avec rangements. Un accueil chaleureux à votre arrivée avec des adresses à visiter ou simplement pour le quotidien (boulangerie, supermarché,...). Un hôte toujours disponible et à l écoute. Nous avons passé 2 semaines magiques 🤗 et reposantes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir...

Villa au calme avec belle piscine privée

Un bon coup de nettoyage, quelques petits travaux d’entretien et l’installation de la Clim dans les chambres feraient de cette villa un petit paradis. En effet, nous avons apprécié la Piscine de très bonne taille sans vis à vis entourée de belles végétations, les différentes terrasses pour suivre ou non le soleil, la cuisine extérieure avec plancha bien pratique. Beau volume intérieur. Enfin le propriétaire qui n’est pas sur place reste à l’écoute de nos demandes. Nous avons regretté de devoir laisser la voiture dans la rue et en plein soleil et l’absence d’information sur la région… Nous étions venus pour trouver la chaleur et le calme, c.est réussi… ,

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem Pool

Schönes, großes Haus mit tollem Pool, Außendusche und großem, schönem Garten. Lage nahe Turis, ca. 45 min. von Alicante in den Bergen. Große Küche, großer Wohnbereich, gut ausgestattet. Außenküche mit Spüle und großem Gasgrill ist sehr gut. Mussten wir allerdings vorher putzen. Großer Garten, sehr schön angelegt, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen. 3 Schlafzimmer. Überall Deckenventilatoren. Doppelbetten für zwei Personen etwas klein. Matratzen könnten besser sein. WLAN funktioniert super. Ausflüge in die Umgebung möglich z.B. zum Wasserfall von Turche Cava. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Danke.

Beautiful surrounding for a relaxing holiday

The outside area is the best part of this house. The garden is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. There are different areas to sit so you can always find shade. The pool is a good size to enjoy swimming and floating but it’s not deep enough to dive into. The house itself is nice, the kitchen is big and you will find everything you need, you just need to find which cupboard it is in. The neighbourhood is quiet & neighbours are friendly. A car is essential as there are no shops near by. Our only negative, the balcony you see in the pictures which overlooks the pool area is out of bounds as it is attached to the master bedroom which is also out of bounds. The balcony which we could use is on the back of the house and overlooks the neighbours pool and garden area. It is therefore not private at all and we didn’t use it during the daytime, we only sat on it late in the evening. Obviously this didn’t spoil our holiday as the garden area is a lovely place to sit but I was disappointed.

Belle maison bien équipée conforme aux photos. Extérieur très agréable avec barbecue et plancha! Piscine assez grande pour jouer avec les enfants. Très bon séjour dans la campagne de Valencia.

Grote villa in urbanisatie bij Turis

Dit huis heeft een aantal fijne terrassen rond het huis. Schoon, opgeruimd en veel ruimte. De buitenkeuken is schoon en volledig. Het zwembad is groot en eveneens schoon. Ook binnen ziet het huis er prima uit. Een volledige keuken en grote woonkamer. Boven 3 slaapkamers en een badkamer. Fijne, betrouwbare en goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk, afstand tot strand en de stad Valencia ongeveer 45 minuten. Dorpjes op 10-15 minuten.
