Shared Villa with pool and spectacular views to Valencia and the Sea.

Located in the hills, near and overlooking Valencia, the Mediterranean Sea and the Albuferra nature reserve, Villa de la Tierra is a wonderful place to relax. You can be your authentic self here.

The rooms:
Our three double rooms offer a real hotel experience and have spectacular views of Valencia, the Albufera Nature Reserve and the Mediterranean Sea. The adjacent bathrooms have a toilet, rain shower and sink.

Our kitchen:
The open air kitchen is the heart of the Villa. Here you can make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Coffee and tea are included and we have a small Villa Bar with drinks, luxury coffee, sandwiches etc.
Our fine kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and hob.
With an (almost) always cooling breeze from the sea, the balcony terrace is a wonderful place to spend time together. On our 4000m2 plot, several terraces are available in full sun or shade. And last but not least, meet our friendly chickens, peacocks, goats and Nina, our cockatoo!

Swimming pool:
Our spacious swimming pool (9x5) is located on the lower part of the plot and also has a spectacular view to the sea and the city of Valencia. In 2023 the pool is completely renovated and now has an salt installation instead of chlorine. Better for the environment and your skin.

Casita:
We are particularly proud of our Casita. With its beautiful stained glass windows, it is a wonderful place to retreat, meditate or do yoga exercises. The owners Franc and Marco are both Reiki masters, a session with one of us can be booked on site. Or ask for an intense singingball experience.

Yoga:
You can use online Yoga classes in Dutch at any time of the day. There is also the possibility to follow live lessons, there are up to 30 per week! These free yoga classes are provided by Yogasite from Breda in collaboration with Villa de la Tierra. Only in Dutch.

Valencia:
The lovely city of Valencia is 25 minutes away by car. With its beautiful historic city center, squares and churches, there is much to experience and see. You should definitely not miss a visit to the Turia Park, with at the end its beautiful buildings by the famous architect Calatrava! Did you know that Valéncia is a real cycling city? Its flat location and many cycling paths make it a real pleasure. Furthermore (in our opinion) she has the most beautiful zoo we know, Bioparque, definitely worth a visit.

Beach and nature:
From the Villa you are also quickly on the beach or in the Albufera nature reserve (can be seen from our Yoga terrace) and there are many hiking opportunities in the area. We are happy to show you the way!

Bed linen, towels and cleaning:
Bed linen is included and will be changed depending on the length of your stay. The room and bathroom are cleaned and towels changed twice a week. Do you need extra towels or change them more often? No problem!

Arrival:
You are welcome with us from the moment you arrive until you leave. Your room is available no later than 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Due to the distance to the next village, a car is highly recommended. Smoking is allowed on site, but not inside. Pets cannot be taken. Visitors are welcome, if announced.

Franc and Marco:
We live in the upper layer of the Villa and are on site to take care of the animals, maintain the garden, etc. We live upstairs with our own private outdoor area.
