The Space

The Station boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms:

Van Gogh’s Almond Blossoms Room:
Features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sound machine.

Petal Whisper’s Room:
Offers another queen bed and an adjacent guest bathroom with a shower and tub combo and a dedicated work desk and chair.

Both rooms offer luxurious bedding for a restful and relaxing experience.

Amenities

Laundry:
Top-of-the-line Speed Queen washer and dryer are available. This commercial-grade washer offers environmentally friendly wash cycles and is available with complimentary eco-friendly laundry detergent.

Essentials:
Towels, linens, and a starter set of toiletries are provided for convenience.

Alternative Options

If The Station is unavailable for your desired dates, consider staying at The Safari & The Spiral on Vrbo, also part of the Abbey Acres community, where guests like you are welcome to stay.

The Station offers a unique combination of privacy and convenience. Tucked just off in the woods yet close to significant thruways, you’ll be ideally situated to explore our best beaches and Marine bases. Located between Jacksonville and Wilmington, you’re at the heart of everything.

Additional Details

This slice of heaven beats staying at a hotel and is more affordable and closer to Marine bases than staying at the beach.

House Rules: No Smoking Policy:
Smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 fine for cleaning & restoration. Evidence includes, but is not limited to, the smell of smoke, ashes, burns, or any other signs of smoking or vaping.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you make a reservation, our calendar is blocked, and we can only provide refunds within our policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for unforeseen events such as illness, funerals, or bad weather. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

Pet Policy:
Unlike most places, Abbey Acres welcomes up to three cats or dogs, regardless of size and breed. The spacious front yard features dedicated Zipline Dog Runs, providing plenty of room for your furry friends to play and stay engaged, keeping them happy. A small one-time fee ensures the property remains pet-friendly and your space is pet-ready upon arrival.

Over 30 Days: $350 for up to two pets, $450 for three pets
More Than Two Weeks up to 30 Days: $150 for up to two pets, $85 per pet for three pets ($255 total)
Up to Two Weeks: $75 for up to two pets, $65 per pet for three pets ($195 total)

When you add your pets to the reservation, the initial fee of $75 will automatically apply to your total. Please submit an inquiry for stays longer than two weeks or with more than two pets to ensure the appropriate fee is requested based on the duration of your stay and the number of pets.

Chargeback Policy:
Guests must address and attempt to resolve disputes with the host within 24 hours of the issue arising and provide relevant documentation and photos of their complaint.

Initiating a chargeback without first trying to resolve the dispute with the host is a breach of this policy. Guests must notify the host of their intent to file a chargeback and allow seven days for resolution.

Guests are responsible for reprocessing and legal costs associated with disputing a fraudulent chargeback.

Early Check-in and Late Checkout Policy:

Early Check-in Options:
Between 8 am - 12 noon: $97
After noon (4 hours prior): $75
After 2 pm (2 hours prior): $47

Late Checkout Options:
Between 3 pm - 9 pm: $97
By 3 pm: (4 hours later): $75
By 1 pm: (2 hours later): $47
