Beautiful new condo with nautical furnishings and accessories, along with new carpet, paint and tile throughout. Wonderful on-site restaurant and bar.
Great beach awesome island restaurants, unbeatable fishing, and only 15 minutes from Savannah...one of the countries top vacation destinations.

Our condo is located at Beachside Colony and sits in front of the finest beach on Tybee. You will have access to the 2 brand new pools along with the DECK, one of Tybee best restaurants with beachside dining and pool service along with inside and outside bars.


We also have a great public park right across the street, with tennis courts, playground, basketball, volleyball, and picnic pavilions.

Wonderful property for family vacation

Condo is very clean and easy to access. We stayed in the middle of summer and the property wasn't crowded at all. Beach and pool are both easily accessible. For our family of four, this was perfect!

Wonderful family vacation

The check-in process was easy, host was incredibly responsive and quick when I had any questions. The rental was exactly how it was described in the listing and had everything we needed for our small family of four with two younger kids. The location on Tybee was great- easy walk to the beach and to the pool and close to several food places and the grocery store in town. My only two call outs would be to make sure to bring your own beach/sand items or be prepared to purchase your own when you get there, if you are coming with kids and the futon bed in the spare room wouldn’t fit an adult comfortably but was perfect for my three year old.Would highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This place was exactly as described online. It was PERFECT for our family of 4 and we were able to walk to the beach or pool. The Deck restaurant onsite was GREAT! We would definitely stay again :)

Beware! The assigned parking space is small with pillars on both sides! A full size SUV or truck will not fit. We drive a Traverse and had to pull in the mirrors and let the backseat passengers out before pulling into the space. This needs to be called out in the VRBO listing. The condo itself, location and cleanliness was perfect and would have received a 5 if not for the parking.

Awesome condo and location

We stayed for a week in early October. Condo and location was awesome. Very short walk to a great beach at end of 3rd street. Tybee was wonderful.

Great location

This was a great location on the beach. A short walk to many restaurants and shops. We also walked to the grocery store. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Unit was beautiful and relaxing! Such a short walk to the beach. Unit was very clean and conveniently located. Will stay there again if we return to Tybee Beach!

Great location

If we visit Tybee again, we would definitely book this rental again. The condo was clean and felt like home. The location to the beach was great. Not having to worry about parking was wonderful. Very close to everything. All around a great rental!

Nice, family fun

The condo was clean & just steps to the beach & pool. We loved having the restaurant right by the beach/pool area. We also walked to the local Mexican spot & ice cream shop. There’s really no need to leave if you don’t want to, but a quick trip to Savannah was nice as well.

Condo with beach view

This condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It is everything the pictures show it to be. Even though it sits right off the main road on Tybee Island it is very quiet and you do not hear the traffic. It is close to many restaurants and shopping.

Week at Tybee

The condo was just as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. Had everything that we needed and some. The location was perfect with just a minutes walk to the beach. Missy was very responsive to any questions that we had. We are ready to book for next year! We had a great time. The only problem we had was the parking. It is a very tight squeeze for a full sized truck.

Great location, beautiful condo

We loved the location mid beach. Easy bike rides to the north and south ends of the island. Tybee is beautiful, but definitely check closely for events going on. We were there during the Orange Crush weekend and would not do that again. It was gridlock.. but Missy’s communication was stellar and their condo is beautiful. And a super short walk to the beach and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again.

Loved it! Very nice condo

My 17 and 18-year-old daughters and I take a girls trip to a different island every year. This is my farther nicest place we’ve stayed in over the past seven years. Konda was an excellent shape. We really appreciate the recommendation to Sundae Cafe and the deck restaurant. If we ever went back to Tybee Island we would rent the same unit again -thank you so much!

Nice updated condo close to beach

Nice updated condo. Kind of tight spacing during meals...but there were 5 of us. Kitchen lacking a few basics - measuring cups, 9X13 pans. Kitchen sink did a lot of gurgling which was only an issue because we had a teen sleeping in the fold out couch, so a bit noisy between that and a rattling A/C vent. Little awkward getting to beach and pools due to property gates, but not terrible. Had an issue with a smoke detector but Missy was helpful in compensating for that. Can hear a bit of traffic noise in bedroom near street. I will say the new king bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Dinner at The Deck is amazing and super convenient. Beach was nice. New pools are open and wonderful. Parking spot is given under building, which helps keep blistering sun out of it. Overall nice. Would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our little 4 day getaway The beach is right there. The pool is right there. The shops are right there. You really don't have to go far to find whatever it is you want to do or whatever you may need.
From the balcony, you can see the tanker ships going into and leaving the Savannah port.

Beautiful Condo - great location!

Came for a long weekend and wanted on the beach. This building is one building away, unfortunately that building blocked the view. DEFINITELY worth it for proximity to the beach though! Easy walk, even with chairs and others thing. Also this condo is near the north end of the island, so it was easy to travel back and forth to Savannah (which we did multiple times!).
