We enjoy hosting people and live in a quiet tranquil setting on the Greenway. We live on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful and safe neighborhood conveniently located with proximity to shopping malls & IKEA, UNC University, IBM, Wells Fargo, PNC Music Theater, and the light rail.
Newly renovated modern and spacious private walkout basement 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, king size bed, closet, full bathroom, and screened in porch.

This is a PET FREE & NON-SMOKING or VAPING unit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

You have your own parking spot on the driveway with path and motion lights to your private entrance. The lower level with a screened porch is your own personal space. Itā€™s accessible from a private outside entrance directly into your suite, available from the back of our home. We have a spacious backyard that you are welcome to use for your leisure.
Guest Access:
We have a convenient 24/7 check - in system that allows you to have flexible times, no matter how late at night.
We are also flexible with check-in time but contact us if you are planning on checking in early.

Interaction With Guest:
Itā€™s your preference!!! We are happy to interact as much as desired. We enjoy meeting new people, but will also respect your privacy. Our guest enjoy the privacy while staying at our apartment, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your stay. We are very responsive by text if you need anything. We live in the upstairs of the home with our children. We usually greet guest upon arrival and walk them to their entrance.

This is our home & we have children that play and use the yard. While we give you your privacy you may see our children playing in the yard or hear occasional footsteps upstairs. We do our best to keep the noise minimal but you may hear footsteps at times during the day from the kids.

The space was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Check in was smooth and communication was great! A nice surprise was the toys and books that were there our son really enjoyed during our downtown at the property! The bed was comfortable and the outdoor space was nice as well! We would 10/10 recommend this place especially for the great price, would stay again!

Decided to spend a couple days in Charlotte watching a few concerts and decided to stay here since it appeared to be close to the Amphitheater. Very nice and quiet neighborhood close to a lot of shops and about 15 minutes from the amphitheater. Nice to be able to go back and get some rest. Definitely Iā€™d recommend to stay at. The hosts are very welcoming and are quick to answer questions or concerns.

Awesome tranquil property at the end of a dead end street. The keurig was a welcome addition. For anyone looking for a home away from home I would recommend this place. Far better than a hotel room.

The best VRBO are the ones that don't surprise you. This basement was comfortable (and large) and the bedroom and bathroom were great. The price was a bargain for what you get. Parking was plentiful (and Heather the host was very accommodating when we had to park a large uhaul truck in the driveway with 2 other cars!) If you're visiting UNCC, this is a great location and very easy to get to campus. The neighborhood is quiet and safe (something important to look for in Charlotte!) and we had our own entrance and never saw the host. She was great communicating before and during and we had zero problems. AC was great, internet was strong and although the family was living upstairs, it was pretty quiet (less noise than a hotel for sure!)The only thing to consider is if you have 2 people there (at the last minute my daughter wanted to stay with me rather than the place she was renting over the summer), there is a pull out couch but the only bathroom is in the one bedroom.Highly recommended - will definitely stay there again!

Nice Quiet Place to Stay

We were in town for the Nascar race and these accommodations were perfect for us. Quiet street easy to get to that gave us lots of time to just rest and relax before and after the race.

First leg of the tour!

Great folks who were friendly and about 15 minutes from PNC Arena, plus close to everything you can imagine, but still secluded away from the city traffic. Great stay!
