Very nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in central Phoenix, safe and comfortable for all. Amazing value with close access to Sky Harbor airport, Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Phx, baseball spring training facilities, and upscale shopping. Camelback Mountain hiking trails are only 10 minutes away. There is a great selection of restaurants in the neighborhood. Pets will love the Park behind the house. Cul De Sac. Very quit and safe. Great neighbors. Side yard and dog run and it's all yours. Walking distance to Sprouts grocery and restaurants. This house is located in the best part of Phoenix where everyone wants to live. The homes are highly desirable. Older Home.

Great location --dead end street so no traffic. Nice and quiet. Ten minutes to restaurants, stores and freeway access. Three flat screen TV's to use.

Cute house in a perfect spot

We rented this house because of location and pool! The house was cute and clean. We enjoyed playing foosball in the living room and the kitchen had tons of counter space to hang around in the mornings. It was so hot we didn’t use the pool much but had a couple night swims. We grilled a couple of nights. It was a great stay overall.

5-Star Stay

We had a great experience at Camelback East. The home is large with several amenities - pool/pool toys, fire pit, grills, washer/dryer and plenty of seating. The rooms are a good size and the kitchen had everything you need (including a dish washer) pots, pans, spices, etc.! The location is SO good. Right near a park and 15 mins from the airport, hiking, Scottsdale, Phoenix....we were very pleased. The host was great—very responsive and always happy to give recommendations on the area. Would stay again!

This property is really awesome! It's big and spacious and I almost moved in it and sold mine. I've had great renters over the years but I like the pride of owner ship again by going to the house every week and doing little things to improve it.

It's near the best restaurants and area of town. The park is right behind the house. Views of mountains. Quit area and great neighbors. Love this house and location is the best.
