Professionally decorated and updated by Sisters Trading and published in Gulfscapes Magazine. The attention to architectural detail will amaze the most discriminating guest. Fully furnished 2 story unit on the 3rd floor, 2BR/3BA that was converted from 3BR. Washer and Dryer inside the unit also updated laundry & bathrooms. Complete with a boat slip with a lift (if available for additional charge), and storage tackle room closet at the dock. Gated and private, you will love this charming bayfront community.

Our families have been coming to the Island since long before the Queen Isabella Causeway was built and we continue to do so.
Why they chose this property
We alternate back and forth from Gulf to Bay but the fishing in the Laguna is so good we bought this top floor condo as it also has the very rare and desirable boat slip with a lift to keep the boat clean (available at extra charge if needed).
The picture above is of my grandson Lucas Addison Rogers who caught his first Black Tip shark this past July 3...talk about excited! We caught lots of fish that day but Lucas just sacked them up much more so than his grandparents and cousin to be sure. He even caught a huge stingray all 4 of us fought for a while, but we finally just had to cut him loose. Rays are like tying your line to a small car and kicking the emergency brake off on a hill...good luck with that.
