- The Front Desk and check-in area is located about 1.7 miles off-site. Directions are needed to check in.

- All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
- There is no housekeeping service available.
- Front Desk is open 7am to 11pm every day.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: $20 PER DAY RESORT FEE DUE AT CHECK IN

Resort Fee includes Wi-Fi, access to indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness center, game room, mini golf, playground, walking trails/path and discounts on golf.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.

poor maintenance help

While the area, the lake, etc were nice, the suite we were given had one major problem. The very bright bedroom overhead light and fan kept coming on all night and waking us up. We would switch it off, but it kept coming on again and again. We called the front desk in the morning and requested that it be fixed. Even though we stayed 2 more nights, no one ever came to fix it. The dishwasher also kept making a beeping sound, and it seems it was stuck midcycle and couldn't be properly turned off.

Construction Zone

I asked for a very quiet property. Woman who checked us in said all of the properties are nice and quiet. We were placed and a property directly next to a construction zone. The constant noise throughout the weekend did not allow us to relax. My wife works at Vanderbilt Hospital emergency room and my goal was to get her away to relax.Not only were we told that there was nothing that could be done about the noise but at the end of our stay, housekeeping barged into our condo and I felt like we were forced to leave. Overall not a relaxing vacation.

Covid get together with family nearby

Nice, but aged. Shower very difficult to turn on, my wife could not do it and she is no weakling, carpets looked dirty but seemed clean enough. The cocktail table on the porch is extremely unstable. Good stay despite these few complaints

Fairway Forest

The listing does mention that you will be assigned a place upon arrival. There was not much in the way of views from our accommodations. We were told that the management had requested that the golf club cut back some trees. However, our particular unit looked to be facing another set of units. The walls of the unit were very thin. We could hear full conversations of our neighbors and what they were watching on TV. The amenities were nice, but kind of expensive at 21 per day and a bit of a drive from the accommodations. The staff were very friendly. Overall, we would not stay here again.
