Villa located in a secured residence " Les Marines" with communal pool(open july and August) only 200 m to the sea and close to restaurants and shops.

Perfect for a family holiday. Beautiful villa with living room and fully fitted kitchen, a bathroom and toilet downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs, one with a private balcony overlooking the natural reserve, Tiled south facing terrace of 31 sqm with barbecue, private parking space in front of the villa.
Everything you need to enjoy a holiday by the beach!

Equipmens as a washing machine, dishwasher, combinated fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, oven,vacuum cleaner, toaster, fans, TV... CLEANING FEE INCLUDED

Pet allowed : 20€/animal/week- max 2 on request
Current stay taxes - 3 star classified - 2.30€/day/adult

Rental from Fridays to fridays only during the summertime - other days possible for the rest of the year

Maison et lieu très agréable

Maison , très bien située et super équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et même trop , résidence calme avec une réserve naturelle à 20 m , avec des flamants roses et plein d'autres oiseaux ... un régal La plage à 100m , les commerces 5 mn à pied , on recommande vivement pour les personnes qui aiment le calme

Schönes Eckhaus in einer sicheren Anlage. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen, auch die Nähe zum Strand ( und Hundestrand) war super.
