Located in the secure residence âLe Clos de Socorroâ, this large, spacious corner house offers all the comforts you need for a holiday with family or friends. You'll enjoy a bright living room with open-plan kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms and tree-lined terraces. The residence's communal swimming pool (open from June to September) is ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
A comfortable, well-equipped interior
Ground floor:
- Large, bright living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
- Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed and air conditioning.
- Shower room with WC.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: 2x80 cm trundle beds and air-conditioning.
- Bedroom 3: 160 cm double bed and air conditioning.
- Bedroom 4: 2 x 140 cm beds and air conditioning.
- Bathroom with bath and WC.
Additional facilities
The house is equipped with all modern conveniences:
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, combined fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, real oven.
- Ironing board, iron, hoover.
- Final cleaning included.
