Villa located in a secured residence "Domaine des Marines" with shared pool (open juli and august). Nice corner villa with beautiful view on the natural reserve. There are three bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs a well equipped kitchen, a shower, a toilet, a spacious living room with large TV-(French and German channels) There is a tiled terrace with BBQ, dining furniture, 2 sun beds. The terrace is tiled and gated making it very safe for the small children. Only 250 metres to the beautiful beach. CLEANING FEES INCLUDED -NO PETS

Agréable séjour dans une jolie résidence de vacances

Très bon accueil par l’agence immobilière. Jolie maisonnette climatisée (séjour et chambre parentale uniquement) avec une belle terrasse (bbq). Propre et bien équipée. Piscine dans la résidence. Proche de la mer. Parfait pour les vacances !
