The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a master bedroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower bathroom.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people in comfort and is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The house has a veranda which can open entirely onto a beautiful tiled terrace of over 100 m2 with a barbecue for outdoor grilling.
Upstairs is another terrace for sunbathing in complete privacy.
The house is located in a closed and secure residence and has free Wi-Fi access, air conditioning in all rooms and satellite reception of international TV channels.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, washing machine, dishwasher and hob, a US fridge-freezer and a microwave.

Schöner Urlaub in feinem Haus

Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit wirklich allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Herbsturlaub bei hervorragendem Wetter genossen. Ein Highlight war der Wintergarten - wunderbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus. Alles war vorhanden, alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, insbesondere der Kühlschrank bei dieser Hitze war eine Wucht. Auch die Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.
