Your magical memories begin here, in our gated community. Professionally managed, this property includes 24 hour emergency service, free, private high speed internet, full kitchen and laundry. The resort has 2 heated pools. If one is being maintained, the other is kept open.

The price quoted on this site is the only price you will pay. There are no add-ons or hidden fees.

Over the years, our cleaners have received a lot of praise from guests. The evidence of that is in the reviews. Going forward, their work is more important than ever. We will make sure they have what they need to comply with the recommendations of Vrbo, the CDC, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and other state and county regulatory bodies. Cheer competition

My daughter had a cheer competition in Orlando and this was the perfect location. 20mins to ESPN and to all the Disney parks which we got to do! It was all our first time going and being so close was a plus. Condo was very clean and would recommend staying here.

We have been sharing our property through VRBO since 2008. My wife and I are big fans of Disney World, and the warm weather Florida offers in winter months.
I was born in England. My wife was born in Canada, with lineage to Scotland and the first European settlers of the American Colonies.
We are retired now, but our grandchildren are so cute, we can only spend a few weeks away from them at a time.

Why they chose this property

Between 1986 and 1999, our kids were young and we stayed in Disney World every Spring Break. One day my wife asked why we had never purchased in the area. I told her we were on vacation and the weather was too good to waste a day with a real estate salesman. The next day, it rained so the hunt for a great property began.

We tried other parts of Florida, but kept coming back to Orlando for the youthfulness, diversity of entertainment and ease of access. From our location, most parts of Florida are a day trip. A network of highways, designed to bring people into Disney World, gives us easy access to the state.

While you are here, you can stay in this gated community or wander miles of quiet residential streets. Our neighborhood is a secure friendly environment where travelers and residents share the sidewalks and restaurants. At the pool, families from around the world meet and share stories of their adventures.

Our trips to Florida were always a special time. Vacations are one of the few times families spend entire days together, eating, talking, sharing experiences and creating memories.

By sharing our property we hope you are able to make some memories of your own.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property because of its open concept, spacious rooms and large windows throughout. The private 10 x 10 Sun Deck can host dinner for the entire family, breakfast for two, or a late night sip of wine with friends.
The property is located close to Disney World, but the network of highways that brings people here allows easy access to multiple cities, beaches, attractions and international airports. Within a few minutes of leaving the door, you can be on a multi-lane highway to any part of Florida or a local attraction.
