## The space

The large living room (60 m2) with a stove is ideal for ski returns or hiking. (WC and separate shower room at the same level).
Rooms on the 1st floor have doors but the stairs are not protected from crawling babies.
There is a large wooden table for good group meals with guests!
There is a TV with TNT channels A DVD player and a vintage stereo
At the first under the roof, 2 perfect rooms for couples and a large room with 2 beds one sliding bed plus a bunk bed (bathroom / WC accessible from the 3rd bedroom)
The accommodation is non smoking but the covered balcony allows smoking outside whatever the weather.
Wifi is available for free and has a good speed (around 20Mb / s)
There is a self-service computer (Mac) that reads CDs and DVDs
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher, mixer, sparkling water, toaster, raclette ...
There is a large fridge / freezer in the pantry
Cleaning and linen (sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels) are included

Heart of La Grave - 50 m to church -very calm but close to pub, bakery, shop and cable car to la Meije

From Grenoble:
80 Km by the RD1091 direction The stations of Oisans / La Grave / Briançon

Since Gap:
120 Km by the RN94 towards Briançon then RD1091 towards Grenoble by the Col du Lautaret.
