Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torreveija. Its situated on the Southside of Torrevieja between the famous pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (both blue flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 5 minutes by car /taxi or 7 minutes by bus (pick up point is 10 minute walk from the villa). Visit the Torreveija town centre (see below) 10 min drive (car /taxi) or 10 minutes by bus

Perfect location for a quiet getaway

Great Villa for us. Needed a complete getaway and this was perfect. Great location and facilities. Check in and out process was brilliant. Would highly recommend. Just wished we’d found the cooler sheets before the end of our stay 😅

Fantastic villa

We have just returned from a great 2 week stay. Communication was excellent and it was easy to find, the villa is in a great location and very quiet. The villa itself was simple inside, but more than adequate, beds very comfy. Bath towels provided and plenty of extra blankets. Kitchen was well equipt with everything you need. Washing machine and dishwasher a huge bonus, we went home with no washing! Pool area was lovely, great size pool and really relaxing area to chill out in the day. We went to torrevieja for dinner a few times but mostly went to mil palmeras, it had a lovely beach during the day and a brilliant selection or restaurants, much quieter and a lovely atmosphere. We would defiantly return to this villa!

Nice property just needs updating. When I suffered a slipped disc through carrying heavy rucksack, I spoke to the lady in the letting office and she was so helpful and gave me brilliant advice I really appreciated her help she went above and beyond.

The villa had everything you needed and the outdoor space was fantastic

Really happy with the villa, had everything we needed and there were also extra towels and bed linen. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d have in your own home and the Wi-Fi was the best compared to any holiday we’ve been on. The inside is basic decor and furniture but was clean. The outdoor space was fantastic and if I’d know there was a storage box with a selection of inflatables then I wouldn’t have needed to bring my own. There is a small shopping centre with a couple of pubs and restaurants and a very good supermarket which is about a 10 minutes hilly walk. Otherwise if you want more night life, restaurants and the beaches then it’s a taxi ride into Torrevieja. The checking in and out process was super easy and super efficient.

Bien para vacaciones de verano

Urbanización alejada de las playas y zonas de ocio pero muy buena si buscas tranquilidad y hay aparcamiento en el interior de la propiedad lo cual hace más cómodos los desplazamientos. Buena piscina y limpia con muchas comodidades en la terraza: hamacas, sillones, mesa, nevera, sombras... En toda las habitaciones hay aire acondicionado y mucho espacio de almacenamiento (mobiliario sencillo pero funcional y como nuevo). Lo menos positivo fue la limpieza, en general superficial, sobre todo la zona de sillones del exterior que nos la encontramos muy sucia. Aún así en global estancia agradable. Nos ha parecido buena relación calidad/precio.

Some WiFi issues for the first four days but in the whole a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The rep from JK villas was extremely helpful and kept in touch when we had a few problems. Sad to be home!
