This cozy town home is light and bright and a wonderful spot to enjoy your time in Flagstaff. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood next to Foxglenn Park yet just a 5 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff. Flagstaff is the perfect base camp for seeing all of Northern Arizona. Enjoy the outdoors, Summer Festivals, Winter Skiing at AZ Snowbowl or Arizona Nordic Village or just kick back and relax in the mountains. The Spring Meadows Town Home is the perfect spot to enjoy your vacation!

This town home is in a small town home community in central Flagstaff. It is located right across the street from Foxglenn Park which hosts Summer Festivals and has a popular playground, skate park, picnic areas, fields and more!

The town home has lots of windows and vaulted ceilings so the space is light and bright. Upstairs are two master suites, one with a queen bed and a double fold out couch and the other with a double and a twin. The queen bedroom has a comfy, charming window nook to enjoy the sunshine.

There is a small, fully enclosed back yard to enjoy the mountain air and use the BBQ with supplied propane.

There is a two car garage and up to two vehicles are allowed at the home, there is no on street parking. All vehicles must fit in the garage.

The Spring Meadows Town Home is ready to host you for your Northern Arizona Vacation!

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.
There is a portable A/C unit in the primary bedroom that will keep the bedroom cool. It will not cool the entire home or keep the entire 2nd floor cool. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month.

Good location

We stayed for a short weekend. It was an easy process and the location was great with a large park nearby. It was a perfect escape to enjoy the cooler weather.

Quiet neighborhood, Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as advertised with all the conveniences we needed. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, but still conveniently close to the major interstates. This was a plus since we travelled to several spots of interest in northern Arizona.

Quiet and safe

We were able to relax read and walk in a quiet safe location. Short drive to enjoy all Flagstaff had to offer. The management kept us aware of staff on the property. Exceptional management of the property.

Spring Meadows Flagstaff

Rental procedure was easy. Budget friendly property. The layout was good. Having a garage was a plus. The kitchen was well supplied The backyard was not usable as it was dirt.
