Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow - 5 minute walk to downtown
This historic remodeled home is located within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars as well as retail shopping. There are two bedrooms,(queen sofa sleeper in living room) one bathroom, a laundry room, and a full kitchen. The counters are granite with solid maple cabinets. The front yard is fenced with a cute custom fence that resembles a flowing river, with a table and chairs for taking in the essence of the town. The backyard has a six foot cedar fence that creates a lot of privacy for the landscaped yard. A large hot tub sits in the corner and there is a large paver area in the back and a small patch of grass. The house was built in 1915 as part of the original town site.

We loved our stay at the bungalow! It was a perfect location for the July 4th weekend, with so much happening in downtown Flag. The place was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We especially loved having the chairs on the front porch to relax in and enjoy the weather. Thank you for a great stay!
As always with Mark and Mandi's properties, everything was as expected! Clean, well supplied, beautiful outdoor spaces. Short 10 minute walk to downtown venues, 15 if you cross the railroad tracks! Enjoyed 10 days of cool temps and great accommodations!
We lived this house. The fenced in front yard was so comfortable. The back yard has lots of space and is also a great area to have fun. It's perfect for walking down town and yes walking to some hiking trails. Have fun !
The house was very clean, had the amenities we needed, walkable to restaurants, and was relaxing to come back to in the evenings after national park and Sedona visits.
Fantastic spot in walking distance to all our favorite Flagstaff places. Cute, cozy, and well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful trip! Would definitely book again!
This charming, family-friendly bungalow is perfectly situated near downtown Flagstaff. The easy walk to both downtown shops and restaurants as well as the (seasonal) Sunday Farmer's Market near Wheeler park make this an ideal location. The furnishings are modern and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. The single bathroom may pose a challenge for larger groups, but the charm of this vintage home far outweighs any inconvenience. The fenced back yard was a perfect space for our dog, too! Our family of three had a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next visit.
We had an amazing 6-night stay at this charming Flagstaff bungalow! It was the perfect fit for our family—comfortable, cozy, and felt just like home from the moment we walked in.The location couldn’t have been better. We loved being able to walk to all the great downtown restaurants and shops, and the park with tennis courts just down the street was a huge bonus for us.The house was well-stocked with everything we needed—plenty of kitchen appliances and equipment, a convenient laundry room, and a lovely backyard that was perfect for relaxing. The hot tub was the cherry on top and made our evenings extra enjoyable. We’re so glad we chose this home for our stay and would absolutely return next time we’re in Flagstaff!
This was a great house in a fabulous location to access downtown Flag. Very comfortable and well stocked for 4 people. Host was very responsive. We were in town for a wedding so didn't use many of the amenities the house offered like the kitchen and hot tub. All the downtown area was easily walkable and the Sunday farmer's market was a block away. Great access to Thorpe Park just at the end of the street and the Lowell Observatory up the hill which has has added a new wing. Definitely will return.
This is the 3rd year in a row we’ve stayed here and plan on returning again. The location is ideal and the house is perfect for our family. Mandi is quick to respond and the house is equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here.
I was born and raised in flagstaff, I grew up in a house a mile from this location and attended Flagstaff High School. My wife and I lived in this home for 8 years and would still be in it if our family wasn't growing so fast.
Why they chose this property
Location! This house may be smaller than others, but the draw for us is that it is so close to all the excitement and charm of downtown. We have been so lucky to have lived in this home for as long as we did.
What makes this property unique
What I enjoy most about the house is the ability to sit and look out the giant picture window in the front of the house and watch people walking by, to see the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood and to be able to relax in the glow of the sun. The backyard warms up early in the day and sometimes I would grab a cup of coffee and sit in the sun warming myself from both the inside and out. Within minutes we are able to walk downtown and stroll through heritage square, doing some window shopping along the way, and then grab a bite to eat or listen to some music at one of the bars. It's also so nice to not have to drive downtown, parking is always a hassle, and sometimes you can't park as close as our house to where your going, so for us it is great to just walk everywhere.
