Catalina Island Cottage! One Block From Beach! A Must See! Sleeps 6 People!
Absolutely Charming! This clean, comfortable, two bedroom, one bath Catalina Cottage is located one block from the beach and downtown Avalon. This little gem has an open beam ceiling, Prego flooring, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom is off the living room and holds a bunk bed with full mattress on top and bottom. The secong bedroom is at the back of the property and holds an Eastern King Bed. This property is in a great location and a great value.
