Perfect location for what we needed (Iceman weekend). The condo is upstairs, plus an additional set of stairs to access the bedrooms on the second floor - a bit painful after a day of racing. Condo was clean, carpet is pretty old and bubbling in some areas, but over it was exactly what we needed in a fantastic location for a great price.
Ryan was very responsive to all my questions. I was there for my sons wedding. House was convenient to all places I needed to be. Well stocked kitchen. Bathroom drains in lower bedroom very slow. Sheer curtains had a huge hole in upstairs bedroom. I would stay there again
Perfect location 10 minutes from downtown traverse city
Clean & comfortable
Nice view of the woods and golf course
Newer appliances & kitchenware were available
Surprise bassinet & play pen available for baby!
Maier store right nearby
Quiet Neighborhood, but so close to traverse city
Very responsive hosts
I would happily return here with my family
What a great host and wonderful place to stay! We had a few travel related issues prior to arrival and Ryan helped answer any of our questions in a timely manner, and helped us every step of the way. Upon our arrival, it was such a relief to be in a clean, safe, comforting home. The place was exactly as pictured. There were enough supplies to get us through the first few days until we could get to a grocery (for example, toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, bath soap, trash bags, even some coffee and some sweetener right above the coffee pot - I was so thankful!). We were in town for four weeks and it was the perfect location for the horse show, the grocery, the beach and water activities, and the town. It was a comfortable, restful place to be at the end of many very long days. I highly recommend! Thank you so much, Ryan!
This condo was comfortable and was a great location for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make small meals. The sheets and towels were in great condition. It is a quiet location with the golf course on one side. In the front room you can sometimes times hear the street noise but it isn’t too bad. For the most part the condo is very clean. There does seem to be some minor upkeep that could be done and updated (paint, curtains, carpet,) but overall it is clean and comfortable. We would stay again.
The description of the condo rental property was true as advertised. Pricing was favorable with competitive rate and without other additional fees by other owners. The owner was responsive and made the overall experience to be quite nice!
Thank you so much for the wonderful condo, it was perfect! It was super clean and well stocked. Ryan, the manager , responded quickly to our question about the fireplace. Looking forward to renting this property soon.
Nice location for what we were looking for. 30 minutes to shanty creek for skiing and 10 minutes to downtown traverse city. Condo had plenty of towels and extra bedding for 6 adults which was nice. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a nice breakfast each morning which was also very nice.
My friends and I came up for a weekend getaway and we loved this space! It was large enough for all of us and very clean. If I had any questions they were answered within minutes. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Oh and the view is beautiful too!
This property is close to everything Traverse City has to offer. (Golf, Wineries, Shopping, Restaurants, Casino, Ice Arena, etc.) The unit had plenty of sheets, towels and a surprisingly well stocked pantry. Our property host was great and quickly handled a maintenance issue that he couldn't possibly have been aware of. We would definitely stay here again.
This place has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Very good location point for a lot of activities and travel to other areas is short. Condo was clean and the communication with the owners was smooth. I would recommend this place and the host to anyone. Short 1.5 block walk to a great bar/restaurant as well. And only 3 miles from the casino and a Meijer basically across the road.
Condo was clean, and had everything we needed. Patio was nice for morning coffee, and lived that we were walking distance to Mcgees for a happy hour drink. Great stay, would definitely recommend!
The property was very nice, clean, and as advertised. Be careful of staying here with young children though. The neighbor who lives 1 unit over knocked on our door and called my 3 and 4 year old “rotten” for making too much noise at 6:30 pm. It was bizarre but other than her behavior our stay was fantastic

About the host
Hosted by Ryan Whitcomb
We acquired the condo because it was a bit larger than another one we had purchased a few years ago. I care about the guest experience and ensure quick communication if there are ever any questions. I think the positive reviews on our second listing speaks volumes.
Why they chose this property
The unit is convenient to so many entertainment options it's hard to be bored regardless of the time of year you are traveling. The region has the majority of the tourism in the summer but is also a 4 season play ground.
What makes this property unique
This is an inexpensive rental option for guests to consider. During peak season it can be extremely expensive to rent a house. There are not many 3 bedroom condo units in the area so this may fill a need for larger families.
