Studio with a beautiful south facing terrace and private garden ideally located in St Malo near the Anse de Solidor and the mouth of the Rance in the picturesque area of St Servan 100m from the sea.
Drop your suitcases, everything is available.
No need for a car. Enjoy many restaurants, bars, several beaches including one with supervised bathing season at 200m.
All shops are 600 m and the market on Tuesdays and Fridays.
You will be able to make beautiful walks or the sight is sumptuous of the park of the Corbières, the Solidor tower with the city of Aleth, passing
by the Port of St Servan to discover the charms of the corsair city in 20 minutes walk along the sea.
The newly renovated accommodation includes:
-A fully equipped kitchen.
-A living room with a bedroom area fitted with a bed with 2 electric slatted frame (2 X 80 X 200) closet and wardrobe, and a sitting area with a sofa bed (2 pers) and a coffee table.
-A bathroom shower, separate toilet
