Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and Solidor beach. Bars and restaurants within walking distance. A large free public parking lot is 100 meters away. Intra-Muros, the historic center, can be reached in 15 minutes on foot along the seafront.
A market on the Place de St Servan 700 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays, where you'll find fresh fish. A small oyster market is set up every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theater square).
St Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
It's a great place to live.

Several bus routes serve Saint-Servan: route 1 (Intra-Muros/la gare/centre commercial de La Madeleine), route 6 (Intra-Muros/ Quelmer and its walks along the banks of the Rance), and route 4 (Rothéneuf/Château-Malo) take you to the other seaside districts of Plage du Sillon, Paramé and Courtoisville, etc.
You can choose the bike option or take the car.
