Villa of 140 m2 located on a large shaded ground in peace. Perfect to rest and enjoy the Mediterranean climate with the large sandy beach just 5 minutes by car. It offers a magnificent view of the bay of Cavalaire and allows beautiful hikes on the heights. The shaded areas welcome you for your meals and ... your naps. Ideal for a family holiday with children. A private pool of 5m by 10m is available from mid May to mid October.
