Magnificent villa with sea views in quiet area ideally located 15 minutes from Calvi and 5 minutes walk from the beach and the port of Sant Ambroggio and its shops.

Villa fully equipped.

Private parking.

Very bright villa composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with beds 160x200 and a room with twin beds.

All rooms are equipped with flat screen TV and have wall cupboards.

The living room, also air-conditioned has a flat screen TV (Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube ...)

A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is at your disposal.

The bathroom with walk-in shower is equipped with a towel dryer, bidet, WC and double sinks.

Guests can lounge on one of the sun loungers on the spacious wooden deck bordering the heated pool.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très agréable et propre. Les différentes terrasses sont appréciables tout au long de la journée. La piscine sécurisée est parfaite pour les enfants. La situation géographique de la maison permet d’être à côté du port et de la plage en 10 minutes à pied.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons trouvé une maison très propre et bien située, à environ 700 mètres de la plage de Sant Ambroggio. M. Et Mme Rossi sont charmants et très discrets. Nous garderons un beau souvenir de ce séjour en Balagne, des petits villages typiques et de magnifiques plages.

Magnifique, notre plus belle location en Corse

Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que je ne sais pas par quoi commencer. les photos ne rendent pas justice à la maison, elle est encore mieux! Nous étions 4 adultes et nous aurions pu être 6 sans aucun problème. La propreté est irréprochable, la localisation est parfaite,la maison est sublime, c'est extrêmement bien entretenu, tous les équipements nécessaires sont là et de qualité, les extérieurs sont incroyables, peu importe le temps, vous pourrez toujours manger dehors grâce aux 3 terrasses de la maison. La piscine est grande, très propre, que de très bons moments passés dans cette maison. Et que dire de la gentillesse des propriétaires, un grand merci à Lydie et son mari qui nous ont tellement bien accueilli qu'on s'est tout de suite sentit comme chez nous. Merci pour ce panier rempli de gourmandises Corse que nous avons grandement apprécié. Nous venons en Corse tous les ans, depuis 10 ans, et c'est de très loin la meilleure maison de vacances que nous ayons eu.Encore merci pour tout et on espère revenir très bientôt.
