About this property

Quiet cottage with heated pool

Located between Grignan and Valréas, in the heart of the enclave of the popes, in a pleasant area, close to the village.

With an area of 50m2, this cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults + possibility to install 1 extra bed and 1 cot.
Composed of a main room with kitchen and living room (sofa bed 140cm x 190cm), a bedroom with double bed (140cm x 190cm) and a bathroom with toilet.

You can enjoy a beautiful heated pool and secured by an electric shutter (5. 70m x 3. 20m, depth 1. 40m) and outdoor furniture: deckchairs, table, lounge area, barbecue.

Private parking with gate

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price but we can rent them from a specialized company and prepare the beds for your arrival.
The rental rates are as follows:
Pack double bed linen (1 duvet cover + 1 sheet house + 2 pillowcases): 19 € / bed
Pack towels (1 small + 1 large + 1 pool towel): 11 € / person
1 bath mat + 3 tea towels: 10 €

The pool is reserved for vacationers of the house but the owners allow themselves to bathe when you are away.

Super vacances en famille au nid de mimi, gîte tres bien entretenu tres propre, la piscine super et chauffée. (Piscine uniquement pour les locataires.) Idéal pour des vacances tranquille. Un grand merci à Bernard et Josette pour leur gentillesse, leur discrétion et toutes ces gentilles attention. Je recommande vivement le gîte pour des vacances détente et pouvoir visiter la belle region et les alentours. Nous reviendrons certainement, à bientôt et encore merci. La famille Carton.

Josette et Bernard vous accueillent avec bienveillance, le logement conforme et tout équipé, l emplacement est idéal pour une région riche pour les visites et randonnées, le plus la piscine et l acceptation des animaux notre « handi-chien » Sia labrador de 14 mois est ravie de son séjour.

Un petit coin de paradis !

Avons passé un formidable séjour. Le gîte est tout confort, avec climatisatisation. L' extérieur est doté d une piscine chauffée (non partagée) de 2 terrasses et d un barbecue à gaz. Les échanges ont été très faciles avec Sarah de la conciergerie et avons été accueillis par les sympathiques propriétaires. Bernard et Josette ont été très discrets durant cette semaine, nous laissant parfois des fruits ou compote maison sur la terrasse. Merci encore pour leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons leur gîte sans hésitation.

Très bon accueil par Bernard et Josette. Un couple très convivial. Toujours à l'écoute, aux petits soins et de très bons conseils pour les bons plans visites. Merci de nous avoir trop gâté !!! Équipement, literie, cuisine, sanitaire et piscine parfait. Localisation calme , très bien clôturée (chien bien accueilli), véhicule en sécurité. Attention cette année les moustiques y sont un peu voraces🥴...prévoyez ! On y reviendra très vite !

En arrivant nous avons été formidablement bien accueillis par les propriétaires, des boissons fraîches nous attendaient. Le logement était propre et conforme à la description. La piscine est bien située, la terrasse a plusieurs espaces distincts. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, les environs et les attentions des propriétaires (gâteaux et confiture maisons).

Accueil fantastique, même le rosé était au frais !

Les propriétaires étaient aux petits soins et très patients avec notre jeune chienne qui maltraitait le jardin ! Rien ne manque dans le gîte qui est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans les villages alentours et profiter de la piscine au retour.

Charmants propriétaires

Idéalement situé pour visiter la Drôme provençale et le Vaucluse. Les plus de ce gîte : la climatisation de la pièce principale et surtout les propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires en multipliant les petites attentions.
