40 km from the airport, villa located 800 m from the beach of Grande Anse, the most beautiful of the island, in Basse-Terre, volcanic and mountainous. At the end of a dead end of Domaine Maya, suspended in an island of tropical vegetation.
Rest and tranquility rocked by a gentle breeze on the heights of Caféière. Villa naturally ventilated by the trade winds to 110 m of altitude (contribution of freshness) having brewers of air, if necessary.

Breathtaking view of the bay of Grande Anse Deshaies. Lucky people have seen whales in the season.

You will have the entire villa, normally for 6 people; the whole villa can be booked for a smaller number of people or more important, up to 8 people; a small living room can be transformed into room (bed-settee 2 places very comfortable - access on the SDB annexed).
The villa is rented by the week, but a reservation for a minimum of 3 nights is possible.

The villa is on 2 levels:
At first: living room and kitchen (including a sofa bed). 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bathroom / WC
On the ground floor, on the pool: 2 other bedrooms, one with wardrobe; both, large beds; each room has a shower room / WC; downstairs, also a small indoor living room (sofa bed) and a dressing room.

The possibilities of additional beds:
Downstairs, very comfortable sofa bed in the middle living room, which can be turned into a bedroom.

Situation of the Villa, built in 2012:

The beach of Grande Anse is located 800 m from the Villa; many other beaches around; walks along the coastline or in the heights. Gas station and grocery store in front of the beach.
The adorable village of Deshaies (the most beautiful island!)at 2 km, offers all the necessary services; several minimaries.
2 Diving clubs.
Great supermarket 7 km to Sainte-Rose.
Artists have not been mistaken and have settled in Deshaies for a long time.

From Deshaies, now, opportunities to go to Antigua, St. Kitts & Nevis, Montserrat by speedboat (book a month in advance - Compagnie Jeans). Easy car rides throughout the Leeward Coast.
Botanical garden and Coluche house nearby.
Nearby Mamelles road and forest walks.
Reserve Cousteau a little further.
In the vicinity, possible outings in the mangrove sea and on a desert island - unusual - from the port of Sainte-Rose.

Before you arrive at the Villa, a file will be sent by the owner indicating how to reach the Villa; this sheet describes practical methods of operation, the surrounding services; she mentions the contacts that you may need on the spot for any question or problem encountered.
You will be greeted upon arrival, the villa will be ready.

For the children, closed barrier of the terrace of the bottom preventing to go towards the swimming pool; in any case, alarm in the pool.

Note on the price:
The villa is made to be occupied by 6 people (3 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms), but the site allows no discounts if only 4 people rent the house. As a result the rate shows a supplement for 2 people for a rental to 6 people, but it is actually the latter price which is the base price.

The villa has not received any reviews yet since it is rented since June 2019 only.
