Charming cottage - private terrace overlooking the large wooded park

Beautiful 50m² bungalow with large private terrace facing south in our charming 13th century mill. Terrace equipped with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs to enjoy the sun

 This incredible building, in the heart of the Luberon (Provence), consists of 6 independent lodgings (classified 2 and 3 stars), holiday residence open all year round. It is surrounded by a magnificent 2 hectare PARK, it is a place filled with history due to its architecture. Indeed, this traditional Provencal house offers you the space of a memorable moment the opportunity to make a good in the past thanks to the different historical rooms that we have renovated (authentic flour mill, sundial, dovecote, washhouse, murderer , pantry, ...).

The charm of the property is also mainly due to its alley of multi-hundred year old plane trees, its superb swimming pool, its large park, its animals as cute as each other and its 2 lovely fountains illuminated in the evening which are filled with life thanks to many fish, some frogs and lovely water lilies!

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
T2 cottage, classified 3 stars, entirely on one level, for 2 to 4 people on 50m²
1 bedroom for 2 people (160 cm bed)
1 bathroom and separate wc
Living room (sofa convertible into a 160 bed), 80cm flat screen TV and kitchen equipped with everything you need (except consumables)
Private south-facing terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs
Access to the pool area, its terraces, park, barbecue, games, hammock, animals, billiards, ...

Possible options if you wish:
- Cot, high chair, bathtub, socket cover ... free on reservation subject to availability.
- Possible privatization of the mill room (see conditions)
- Linen (15 € / bed): sheets, towels, tea towels - not ironed and bed not made
- Linen (30 € / bed): sheets, towels, tea towels - iron and bed made
- End of stay cleaning (50 €)
- Leclerc drive: we will pick up your groceries and store them for you before your arrival (15 €)
- Animals are accepted if they are wise, clean and kept on a leash (15 € / stay).

This is without a doubt the place to discover in France if you like peace, beauty, nature and if you want to rest quietly in the sun!

Our ideal location (near the D943 - in the heart of the Luberon) offers the possibility of being just 2 km from the city and its amenities while allowing us to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the song of cicadas.

In addition, on foot via country lanes, you can easily reach the lake (LEISURE BASE 15 MIN ON FOOT or 2 minutes by car) which provides many opportunities, such as eating an ice cream, playing in the park for children or stroll around the lake after busy days. The development continues ...
To date, you will find there play areas for children (swings, slide, zip line, 2 spaces with water jets, ...), catering and ice cream, tennis court, mountain biking field, fishing, picnic area. picnic, walk around the lake with fitness trail, ...
The city plans to soon make available new tennis courts, pétanque courts, climbing wall, pedal boat, sailing lessons, etc. and above all to open the lake for swimming!

Le Moulin des Ocres is also the ideal place to enjoy nature and easily entertain your children thanks to:

Insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr entspannter Urlaub in gut eingerichteter Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, mit sehr großer und gepflegter Gartenanlage mit Spielplatz und verschiedenen Sportmöglichkeiten, schöner Pool, verschiedene Haustiere wie Ziegen, Hühner, Kaninchen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Hausherrin spricht sehr gut deutsch.

Die Mühle im Park

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Anwesen zu Gast. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles bei Ankunft (auf deutsch!) erklären können. Wir hatten eine FeWo im Erdgeschoss mit einer schönen Terrasse und perfektem Blick in den Park.In der Küche kann man sich herrliche Mahlzeiten mit den Köstlichkeiten der Provence zubereiten.Besonders die riesigen Platanen und die Brunnen waren sehr beeindruckend und sicher hunderte von Jahren alt.Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum Apt (provencalischer Markt am Samstag - ein MUSS) entfernt und eignet sich perfekt, um die nähere Umgebung mit wenig Autofahren ausgiebig zu erkunden.Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden und konnten uns gut erholen.

Calme dans une belle, vieille propriété provenҁale..........

Amélie et Pierre et leur petit garҁon sont adorables, très aimables et accueillants. Ils ont un projet qui va continuer pendant des années. Ils ont déjà achevé beaucoup et ils travaillent sans cesse de le faire de mieux en mieux. On peut seulement les admirer 100%. Notre appartement Le Noisettier était parfaitement propre, bien équipé avec sa terrasse privée. Ils prennent énormement de soin contre Covid-19. Leur parc est verdoyant et calme, leurs animaux sont parfaits pour les petits. Leur piscine était excellente. Bonne continuation et MERCI ! Susan et Elizabeth

Un endroit idéal pour découvrir la région

Rien à redire, que du positif, un endroit merveilleux ! Le Moulin des Ocres a tout ce dont on peut rêver pour passer un week-end ou plus, que l'on souhaite découvrir cette magnifique région ou profiter du parc, de la piscine, des animaux, on y trouve forcément son plaisir.. Pierre, Amelie et le petit Léo sont charmants, discrets, la propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Les habitations disposent chacune de leur accès à un magnifique parc, cet endroit est rempli de charme, il règne au moulin un vent de liberté.. C'est certain nous reviendrons avec plaisir...

Nous étions venus pour le cadre , le farniente, le repos, les couleurs et saveurs du Luberon, l authenticité du gîte. Nous avons retrouvé tout cela et en prime avons découvert des amis (Amélie Pierre et le petit Léo) les propriétaires du gîte. Wir haben eine Woche in Le Moulin des Ocres (Noisetier) verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Anwesen ist identisch mit dem, was die Bilder und die Beschreibung versprechen. Amelie und Pierre ist ein ganz reizendes, junges Ehepaar, das aus dieser alten, verkommenen Mühle eine Gite mit schönen Ferienwohnungen geschaffen hat. Was die Beiden bisher geleistet haben und auch noch vor haben, ist nur bewundernswert. Dazu gehört viel Enthusiasmus. Der große Garten, der Pool, die Tiere - ein Stückchen Paradies, das sie mit ihren Gästen teilen wollen. Die Lage, etwas außerhalb von Apt, ist ideal für Ausflüge im schönen Luberon. Wir wünschen Amelie und Pierre und ihrem kleinen Léo viel Glück und alles Gute Au revoir

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in der Provence

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Cyprés für zwei Wochen gemietet. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohn- und Küchenbereich, einem Badezimmer und einer separaten Toilette. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich aller fünf Ferienwohnungen befindet sich der Pool, ein riesiger Garten, ein Gemeinschaftsraum, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Die alte Mühle ist von den Vermietern, Pierre und Amélie, wunderbar und charmant restauriert worden. Beide sind zauberhaft nette Menschen, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen, ohne einen jedoch mit Informationen unnötig zu überfrachten. Die Vermieter wohnen ebenfalls in der Mühle und sind immer ansprechbar. Beide sprechen sehr gut englisch und Amélie spricht sehr gut deutsch. Apt ist eine nette Kleinstadt und die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in den Luberon und auch darüberhinaus. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in „Les Moulins des Ocres“ uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property. Our hosts could not have been more gracious or accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean and sunny, and the property was a big hit with our three kids. There is room to roam around, there is a pool, a badminton set, a common room with games, rabbits to feed, and a beautiful fountain. The location was also very good - just a few minutes from town and a short drive to some excellent vineyards. It is obvious our hosts love what they do and we loved our stay with them.

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Viele Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten/ Ausfluge werden auch mit entsprechendem Prospektmaterial zum Mitnehmen den Gästen erklärt. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und bietet verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Gestalg. Die Appartements sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Appartement besteht aus einem großen Wohn-Ess-Küchenteil und 2 Schlafzimmern. Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht, dass eines der 2 Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer für das dahinter liegende Schlafzimmer ist, die weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten sind auf den Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmerteil. Ein Bad und das WC sind vom großen Raum aus zugänglich. Der große Raum ist aufgrund der kleinen Fenster relativ dunkel, kann aber gut beleuchtet werden. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr hell und freundlich. Insgesammt eine sehr schöne und empfehlenswerte Ferienunterkunft. Insgesamt

charmant und wunderschön

Amélie und Pierre sind reizende Gastgeber, die einen so herzlich empfangen, dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Die Ferienwohnungen haben alle Charme und sind tiptop gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Der Pool ist supersauber und sehr gepflegt. Er ist 12 m lang und recht tief, so dass man darin richtig schwimmen kann. Gleichzeitig ist er aber für kleine Kinder gesichtert. Pierre verbessert ständig etwas am Anwesen, so dass das ohnehin wunderschöne Ambiente beim nächsten Aufenthalt bestimmt noch (!) mehr Lob verdient. Das Haus liegt in einem großen ebenfalls gepflegten Garten in dem die Kinder herrlich spielen können. Die hauseigenen Hühner können besucht werden und waren für unsere Kinder ein Highlight. In dem Garten und am Pool befinden sich mehrer Tische für den Aufenthalt der Gäste sowie zwei Grillstationen. Amélie spricht gut deutsch. Apt liegt weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt und bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - der Bäcker für die morgentlichen Croissants ist nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!!!

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines merveilleuses au Moulin des Ocres Le gîte est au calme, bien aménagé, proche des commerces Il est très bien situé pour faire des visites ou des randonnées Le Moulin a été fermé plusieurs années et Amélie et Pierre sont les nouveaux propriétaires, 2 personnes charmantes, pétillantes, à l'écoute On tire notre chapeau pour tout le travail qu'ils ont déjà accompli pour accueillir leurs hôtes dès cette saison D'autres projets sont à venir et nous leur souhaitons réussite et beaucoup de bonheur pour les années à venir
