Open to winter rentals or long term rentals as well (discounts available for longer stays). For Water Lovers: This home is located on the pawcatuck river. A slip, steps away from the front door is available for 3$/ft. Boaters dream! Kayaks are also available for renters between May 31st and October 1st through the marina next door at no charge. Dock your boat directly across the street and explore the rivers at your own pace.

Suzie and Jay live a few doors down and are local small business owners. They have three children and two dogs. They adore the river and the ocean and spend as much time on the water as possible. The are owners and operators of Stonington Kelp Company, a working ocean farm that grows sugar-kelp which they sell to many local restaurants.
Why they chose this property
This property is the best of both worlds - right on the water yet still a short walk to downtown Westerly (an historic village offering lots to do).
What makes this property unique
Stonington is home to the last commercial fishing port in the state and Mechanic street is the filming location for Mystic Pizza. The charm of this area is undeniable - it feels like you are back in time and part of a real working waterfront community.
