About this property

Beautiful house with pool

In the heart of the PĂ©rigord Noir in the commune of Marnac on a property of 3000 mÂČ, very beautiful house with contemporary decoration with private swimming pool (8x4m).
Our Property is ideally located for visiting castles, gardens, caves, for gastronomy, walking or cycling, doing gabarre or canoeing, fishing, lounging on the terrace and enjoying the view of the hills.
The beautiful market of St Cyprien with the delights of PĂ©rigord awaits you every Sunday.

3 ROOMS
- 1 st bedroom with a 160 cm canopy bed 2 places overlooking the terrace
- 2nd bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
- 3rd child's bedroom with two 90 cm pull-out beds
A cot (umbrella) and a high chair available

Shower room with walk-in shower and separate wc

Outside :
Secure swimming pool (8 X 4) with alarm, pergola, deckchairs and parasols
Barbecue and ping pong table (table tennis)

Belle maison, fonctionnelle, mais grosse deception a l’arrivee avec un menage non fait, et depuis longtemps a en voir la taille des toiles d’araignee. On a du y passer 2 heures en arrivant, ce qui nous a passablement irritĂ©s, apres une journee de route.. Sinon La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. L’acces wifi est nikel, on a des tv dans les deux grandes chambres, des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© danq celle des enfants. L’acces a la piscine est assez loin (55 marches assez abruptes) mais la piscine est tres grande, avec des transats, un pouf, un salon de jardin, des parasols... Le coin terrasse avec l’herbe synthĂ©tique est sympa, et lĂ  table de ping pong Ă©galement. Par contre nous n’avons pas reussi a faire fonctionner le barbecue, malgre la notice. Grand Carrefour Market a 5 min pour les courses. A signaler : Pas de climsi grosses chaleurs.

Le logement est conforme Ă  la description. C'est une belle location, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, idĂ©alement situĂ©e, au cƓur des visites et des balades en canoĂ«. L'accueil par Mme Peyrat est chaleureux. La piscine est un vrai plus. La terrasse couverte grĂące Ă  la pergola permet de manger dehors mĂȘme s'il pleut ! Nous avons passĂ© le plus clair de notre temps dehors. Les environs sont trĂšs calmes. Grillons et chants d'oiseaux accompagnent les repas. Tout Ă©tait rĂ©uni pour passer de belles vacances.

Situation parfaite, Ă©loignĂ©e pour se reposer mais tout de mĂȘme a 20 min des activitĂ©s, Jolie maison et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, Petit bemol seulement pour la piscine non chauffĂ©e, ça pique un peu pour les enfants. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Tres bien equipee et tout etait la pour nous. La piscine etait un regal pour nos petits fils. Merci a Jeanette pour son aimable accueil. Petite plainte, les serviettes de bain ont besoin d'etre remplacer on pense.
