About this property

Our clean and quaint 2 bedroom/1bathroom beach bungalow is enveloped in a canopy of live oaks and Spanish Moss & centrally located in one of Saint Simons' oldest and most eclectic neighborhoods. Guests will enjoy the outdoor living space including firepit, grill, hot/cold shower & covered patio as much as the cozy and coastal inspired interior. Hop on our bikes for a ride north to Fort Frederica and Christ Church or south to the beach and Village. Walk to dinner at one of the several neighborhood restaurants. *Please note, we do not provide full propane tanks for the firepit but guests may exchange at gas stations, Ace Hardware, Winn Dixie or Harris Teeter.

Thanksgiving treat

Loved staying here over Thanksgiving. St Simons is one of our favorites and this little house was perfect. About 10-15 minutes from the main pier/ attractions, quiet neighborhood, easy access and we Loved hanging out in the evenings under the sheltered back yard!! Used both the heat and AC this week, and the dishwasher and toaster oven came in handy! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!!

Great Get Away

We had a great time and loved the privacy of the backyard for us and our furry friends! We did not use the bikes, but they did have beach chairs that we put to use. The location was great for all the wonderful restaurants and a short drive to the beach. It was also a nice quiet neighborhood and we were looking to relax :)

My wife and I fell in love with Saint Simons over 10 years ago when we started vacationing here. We bought Livin Right in 2014 as a 2nd home for our family. After just 2 years the pull was too strong and we moved here full time. We were so attached to Livin Right and the memories that we created there that we wanted to share it with others.
