Welcome to Unit 204!

This beautifully remodeled unit with all of the best features of home is just a few steps to the beach! King sized bed is in the master bedroom with its own private bathroom, and 1 twin and 1 queen bed in the guest bedroom has a bathroom off the hallway. There's also a pull-out trundle sofa in the living room to sleep a total of 6 in the condo.
There are 3 TVs with Premier Cable Package and the wireless internet is private and secure.
Fully equipped with beach chairs and boogie boards, everything you need for a great stay at the beach is here in unit 204.

Keyless entry for easy access.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.

No frills fun

Our unit and the property as a whole were perfect for our family spring break. The unit was clean and had basic necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pool and grill area. The only negative was one of the neighbors was a smoker and any time the individual smoked the scent would somehow infiltrate our entire unit. The laundry room held the scent the most. We spent 90% of our time on the beach or at the pool, so this did not really impact us that much. As a whole, our experience was very enjoyable.

Please know we would have addressed this right away. Sounds like the neighbor may have ignored the rules. Happy you had nice weather and were able to enjoy the beach and pool! Great location but . . .

This condo is on the second floor with an elevator. The condo complex is very well maintained. There is a nice pool and lots of chairs to sit in and look at the pool or the beach. There is a fantastic walking beach. The condo itself has a balcony with a "peekaboo" view of the ocean. However cleanliness of this condo is lacking. It did not look as if anyone had vacuumed the floor or washed the dishes in a while. We needed to scrub pots and pans before using. The master bath shower appeared to have mold and a low toilet that didn't always function properly. It is somewhat close to stores and restaurants but you will need to drive.
