Back Porch Bliss - Amazing, Elevated Views

Come be our guest, relax and take in some amazing views of Lake Norman by staying at our 3 Bedroom home! As you enter the front door, you will get that lodge-type feel with a huge open floor plan, lakeside, high ceilings, and beautifully exposed beams. The main living area is entirely open providing great flow from the kitchen, dining, and great room areas, and is a perfect place for families and friends to reconnect and enjoy a few days away! On the lakeside of the property, you can enjoy some of the best views of Lake Norman available by enjoying a huge screened-in porch with plenty of outdoor seating for all guests.

NEW! Fire pit coming Spring of 2024

On the main level, you will find the master bedroom and a guest bedroom with 2 bunks. On the lower level via a separate entrance, you'll find a completely separate suite with a bedroom and private bathroom.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Have a boat or jet ski? Bring it with you and keep it at the private dock on the property.

*** If you have a larger family and are looking for 2 places near each other, please contact us as there is a separate 5 bedroom home that is also a vacation rental right next door***

Great place

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The place was very clean, the staff is amazing. But the quite views from the back porch are breathtaking. Sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay! When we arrived, there was a welcome tray of goodies to enjoy and the basic paper products were provided so we didn't have to rush to the grocery. The living area was wide open and could accommodate our entire family in a variety of different activities, but we could still be together. The view from the back porch was even better than expected! The host couldn't have been easier to communicate with and we would highly recommend this property!

Lake Norman is amazing and this property has you feeling spoiled being right on the lake. The house has 2 bedrooms on the upstairs with 2 bedrooms. The downstairs area with the third bedroom is completely separate with no access from the inside. The kitchen/living are is a large open floor plan. The kitchen is full of almost everything one would need. There are also games and books to enjoy. It's a great property to families. No complaints.
