Freshly renovated apartment on the first floor of a family house, in the heart of the village of Ospedale located on the heights of Porto-Vecchio, 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Far South. Fully equipped, large parking in front of the apartment, secure courtyard, exceptional views of the bay of Porto-Vecchio. A relaxing corner to discover authentic Corsican family, away from the tumult of the coast.
Travelers will have full enjoyment of the apartment and its facilities as well as the secure courtyard and adjoining green area. Only occupied apartment of the building, calm will be of place. Large parking place right in front of the apartment.

Logement très agréable

Logement spacieux, très très bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions et le petit plus qui nous a été offert. Le logement est très propre et joliment rénové et décoré. Le livret qui présente le logement est une bonne idée! On a envie d'en savoir encore plus sur cette grande maison ! A-t-elle toujours été agencée en appartements? Bonne idée également les plaquettes qui présentent les activités à faire dans la région à l'entrée de l'appartement. Nous avons apprécié de prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques également.

Merci pour votre commentaire plein de bienveillance. Pour répondre à vos interrogations concernant l’histoire de la bâtisse, elle date de la fin des années 50. (Dans le salon, vous avez pu apercevoir une photo prise avant ça) Elle aurait été pensée pour faire un hôtel mais au final, elle a été divisée en plusieurs appartements et vous avez séjourné dans le premier appartement qui avait été fait à cette époque. Au fur et à mesure, un appartement a été fait en face et rez-de-chaussée. Il y a au fil des années des nouveaux aménagements comme la petite chambre à la place du couloir ou la rénovation en 2018 pour remettre les équipements au goût du jour. En 2020, nous avons décidé d’aménager le deuxième RDC qui était seulement composé de parpaings et qui servait de cave depuis tout ce temps. Enfin, nous comptons aménager les deux greniers sous comble pour les transformer en loft cet hiver. Merci encore pour votre séjour, à bientôt j’espère
