1 bathroom (WC, Italian shower, hair dryer, towel dryer).
- Umbrella bed available.
- Air conditioning (reversible) throughout the house.

- Lounge (flat screen TV with Canal + and Netflix).

Sunny and bright (south-east orientation), the villa opens onto a large terrace in Ipé, partly covered. The garden, in the middle of the scrubland is landscaped with olive trees and endemic Corsican plants and a swimming pool with a secure cover.
Ideally located between the town of Porto-Vecchio and the most beautiful beaches of the north of Porto-Vecchio (Pinarello, St Cyprien, Cala Rossa...).

Fantastic villa fully equipped

The house is in a small quite residence just outside Port-Vecchio. It is about a 10 minute drive to Porto-Vecchio harbour. A large supermarktet is a 5 minute walk from the house. The house was very clean and fully equipped. I've never seen such a complete kitchen equipment in a house. The air conditioners worked perfectly. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds with pillows and a large parasol available. In warm weather there are plenty of shaded spots around the house. There was only 1 minus. The double bed mattress in 1 of the bedrooms needs to be replaced. We had 2 fantastic weeks.

Superbes vacances passées dans une jolie maison bien située, dans un environnement calme et agréable, proche des plages, des commodités et de PortoVecchio. Très bien équipée et entretenue, avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine, de belles salles de bain et une bonne literie. Il ne manque rien. La piscine et l’espace extérieur sont bien agréables. Parfait pour des vacances réussies, et à renouveler. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Korsika ist sehr schön, teilweise noch unentdeckt! Die Strände im Südosten sind wundervoll!

Das Haus war gut eingerichtet, hatte alles was wir brauchten. Es war alles sauber! Das einzige Manko waren große Ameisen auf der Terrasse und Katzen, die die Steine als Katzentoilette benutzt haben, daher roch es leider etwas. Zum anderen waren die Betten sehr schmal!

La villa est dans un environnement naturel et arboré où il peut y avoir quelques fourmis sur la terrasse en ipé... Il arrive effectivement qu'un chat du voisinage vienne se dorer sur une pierre près d'une plante, la nepeta, qui dégage un parfum assez puissant caractéristique du maquis corse. Désolée que cette odeur vous ait dérangés. Enfin les dimensions des lits correspondent à l'annonce : 2 lits 160x200 et 1 lit 140x190

Bon séjour

Le séjour dans la maison d’Alexandrine s’est bien passé. La maison est bien équipée, il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire (beaucoup de plats, de vaisselle, de linge etc). La climatisation dans toute la maison est appréciable et fonctionne bien. Le wifi fonctionne bien également. La partie extérieure de la maison est bien entretenue, beaux massifs, arbres fruitiers, menthe etc, terrasse et piscine bien exposées. L’extérieur est même plus joli en vrai qu’en photo. La maison est à 10 min de porto vecchio et juste à coté d’un super U et d’un Géant. Les seuls points négatifs à mon sens sont le manque d’une douche d’extérieur (la piscine est très chlorée) et le fait que la maison se trouve dans un lotissement donc on entend vraiment les voisins (pas de soucis pour dormir par contre c’est tres bien isolé malgré les fêtes des maisons voisines). Nous recommandons cette maison qui est fonctionnelle et agréable !

Accueuil chaleureux par la proprietaire. Belle maison moderne, bien meublée. Beau linge de maison abondant. Equipement de cuisine top, tres complet. L’air conditionné présent dans toutes les pièces est très efficace. Le wifi aussi. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais l’eau est de très bonne qualitè. Une bibliotheque bien garnie pour les amoureux de la lecture. Proche des plages et des supermarchés. Avons passé 2 semaines tres agreables. On recommande sans hésitation.
