Our large house is located in the Donateo residential area, on the wooded hills that surround the city center of Calvi, just minutes from the bustling center and its shops, harbor and beach.

Our apartment of 52 m2 is equipped to receive up to 4 people. Facing south, it overlooks your terrace and the lush garden, fruit trees, trellis and red hibiscus.

The paved south facing terrace of 60 m2 will offer you the ideal space to enjoy the outdoors: cook outdoors on the gas barbecue, lunch under the awning, relax in the sun loungers; take your breakfast in the shade of the holm oak looking out at the Gulf of Calvi and its mountain cirque ...

The entrance to the apartment, carpeted with Virginia creeper, opens onto the living room, with its Bultex sofa bed, contemporary armchairs, flat screen TV and many storage units.

The large blue sky tiled kitchen is well equipped for cooking and 4 people can have their meals at ease. Tea towels and towels provided.

The bedroom, separated by a corridor, also opens with its south facing window, with a double bed (comfortable latex mattresses) and varnished wood furniture.

The shower room in pink and white is sunny, with its large west window, and the toilet is separate. Bath mat in cotton terry provided.

A QUIET AND GREEN FRAME A FEW MINUTES FROM THE SEA

The villa Alba Dolce awaits you to make you discover Calvi in its best light: in a restful residential area, but only 1.5 km from the shops and entertainment of Calvi and its beach.

We will be happy to advise you to discover the most charming places of nature in the area, the many hiking trails, hidden coves, torrents of pure water where you can cool off on hot summer days ... We are born here in Calvi, and we will do our best to help you discover in the best conditions our beautiful region of Balagne, during our personalized welcome.

RATES - SERVICES:

Prices include: water, electricity, gas, tourist tax.
Degressive prices are offered for periods of 2, 3 or more weeks.

Bed linen is available for rent: 20 € per bed, including 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1 pillowcase and 2 pillowcases, pure cotton.

Towels and bath towels are available if you wish (15 € the game per person: 2 towels + 1 bath towel in pure cotton terry).

We can offer a final cleaning service fee, so you avoid any hassle (in case of early departure, for example). Cost: 80 €.

The reservation is made with payment of deposit of 30% approximately of the amount of the hiring.
On arrival, in addition to the payment of the balance of the rent, provide a deposit of 400 € (by check). It will be returned to you before your departure, after inventory.

Arrivals and departures are usually on Saturday or Sunday, especially in high and high season. Reception from 15H, departure before 11H.
