Quiet residence, secured by digital code, trees with collective swimming pool and private parking space.
Located * 900 meters from La Roquille Beach
* 8mn by car from the Center Port
* 300m from the entrance to the naturist camp.
* 11 min walk from the supermarket of the Odalys residence and small shops on the beach.
* cycle path allowing easy movement
Rates between 300 and 550 € depending on the period. Possibility of weekend rental outside July 15 to August 15. Reduction for two consecutive weeks of rental.
