The flat was lovely and had everything you needed for a wonderful holiday. I do wish they had chairs you could borrow to take the beach but that would be my only complaint.

Beautiful!

This is one not to miss. The property was exceptionally clean and in immaculate condition. The views were outstanding and the outdoor space was perfect. The location is very good - only a relatively short walk to the town, 2 minutes to the beach and the area itself was very quiet. We would not hesitate to recommend this property!

This is a beautiful property with great views of the Mediterranean coastline.

Fully enjoyed our stay. Wish there were screens on the windows so they could be opened without concern for insects coming in. Amenitiies, comfort, and location is exceptional!

Fantastic location and amazing views. A great week (3 generations) enjoying the sunshine, food and ambiance in and around Collioure. The property was amazingly well equipped and Pascal made check in /out easy. Would totally recommend.

We have stayed in and around Collioure for the past 20 years and this is the best property that we have stayed in. It is in a perfect location with an amazing view. There is a beach just outside the door and a short walk to both Collioure and Port Vendres which is ideal. The house is very well equipped and the addition of air conditioning and a garage is amazing.

Bel emplacement

Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec une vue exceptionnelle. Pascal est trĂšs rĂ©actif si besoin. La maison est destinĂ©e Ă  la location, il n’y a pas de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© ou d’attention du propriĂ©taires. Nous n’avons eu aucun contact avec ce dernier tout passe par Pascal qui gĂšre le lieu et le gĂšre trĂšs bien. Ça manque donc un peu de rapport humain Ă  mon goĂ»t et il n’y a aucune attention de la part du propriĂ©taire mĂȘme pour une rĂ©servation de 2 semaines. Nous avons eu un pb de climatisation un soir au moment du coucher et comme nous ne savions pas qu il y avait des modes d emploi (ceux ci sont dans un placard sans poignĂ©e, donc un placard cachĂ©) nous n’avons pu le rĂ©soudre que le lendemain matin avec Pascal. Pour rĂ©sumĂ©, C est un lieu fonctionnel et avec une trĂšs belle vue mais qui reste cher Ă  mon goĂ»t.

Logement propre et renové avec vue imprenable sur la mer

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine de retrouvailles en famille. Logement bien dĂ©corĂ© et Ă©quipĂ© sur 3 Ă©tages: 2 chambres au RDC partageant une jolie salle de bain avec vue sur mer, les 2 chambres de l'Ă©tage bĂ©nĂ©ficient d'un toilette et douche chacune. La piĂšce de vie Ă  l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur se compose de la cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e et du salon/sĂ©jour donnant sur le balcon et terrasse avec la vue sur la mer. Une place de parking souterrain est dĂ©diĂ© au logement. Entre Collioure et Port Vendres, le LIDL (viennoiseries entre autres) est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Le centre ville de Colioure est plutĂŽt Ă  30minutes Ă  pieds. Ne pas oublier sa canne Ă  pĂȘche pour les passionnĂ©s, c'est possible depuis le balcon :-) PrĂ©fĂ©rence pour la plage des batteries accessible depuis la rĂ©sidence. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions Pascal pour son accueil sympathique.

Super emplacement et belle vue de la mer

Nous venons de passer une semaine Ă  la villa, et tout Ă©tait super. Les vues de la maison et de la terrace sont Ă©poustouflantes. La villa est moderne et super confortable, avec les vues de la mer partout. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et les trois suites avec chacune sa salle de bain. La villa se retrouve dans une rĂ©sidence Ă  15 min de marche de Collioure, donc on peut faire les courses Ă  pied sans ĂȘtre obligĂ© de prendre la voiture. Collioure est trĂšs mignon avec plein de restos, cafĂ©s et magasins. Nous avons aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© les belles criques prĂšs de la maison et des voyages en Espagne. Nous reviendrons!
