The charm of the old in the countryside

A small comfortable and well equipped house with a fireplace for 4/5/7 people in all seasons, coupled with a barn dormitory for 7/8 additional people in the summer because unheated.
Main house on the ground floor: living room with sofa bed, television and wifi, dining room with fireplace, new kitchen, large bathroom with shower and toilet;
Upstairs, at the top of the narrowest and oldest staircase in the world, a landing-nursery-office with printer, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed 140.
Towel and electric radiators, wood stored for the fireplace.
Sheets and towels provided and beds made.
Outside: Large terrace and garden furniture. Stored in the barn: Ping Ping table, rackets and balls, barbecue and spare tables for cooking, bicycles and inflatable pool with foot pump.
In the barn: 3 large rooms in a row, that of the bottom with double bed 180, the center with 3 single beds, the first with 2 single beds combined into a double bed, and a child's bed 120 x 60. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet; on the ground floor: kitchen equipped with table and 8 chairs; old TV area with old sofa and armchairs, typically a space of teens. Attention not very tidy down or heated.
