Honfleur LA CANETIÈRE, Typical Normandy gîte, with closed garage

La Canetière is an authentic wine press, refurbished in 2020, which can accommodate up to 7 people.
The house is ideally located in Le Canet, 5 minutes by car from the Vieux Bassin de Honfleur, in a very quiet and idyllic location, with a magnificent view of the valley and the horses.
We have carefully restored and decorated it, so that young and old alike can spend a wonderful holiday there.

Lovely house in peaceful location

The house is in a pretty location, close by car to local supermarkets and Honfleur, yet quiet with no road noise. Perfectly situated to visit other places such as Deauville and Pont L'Eveque. Everything that we needed was provided in the house and we received a warm welcome and were shown around all the facilities. We enjoyed the sheltered outside seating area. Melanie and Ambroise were good at responding to queries before we arrived, and made themselves available during our stay, although we didn't need to contact them.

Heerlijk huis, aangenaam warm, leuk met een openhaard, gezellig huis. Fijne keuken en genoeg keukengerei. Mooie tuin. Veel plezier gehad in de speelschuur! Lekkere bedden,prima badkamer. Het enige minpuntje dat er boven geen wc is. Verder top!

La propriété est très bien située au calme, tout en restant à proximité des lieux touristiques. Charmante longère très bien décorée avec de beaux espaces pour toute la famille. La communication et la confiance des hôtes furent un réel plus.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem grosszügigen und gemütlichen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und hat alles, was man so braucht. Der Garten ist gepflegt und es hat schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch. Es ist ein idealer Standort, um diesen Teil der Normandie kennenzulernen.

Schöner ruhiger Ort

Tolle Lage, um mal richtig runter zu kommen. Man konnte abends in die Wälder schauen und hörte nur die Natur. Für uns als Gite-Profis hätte die Küche noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, aber das war insgesamt nicht ausschlaggebend. Toll auch die Spielgarage für die Kinder, wenn auch etwas pflegebedürftig.

Week-end normand en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mélanie et Ambroise qui est à lui seul un véritable guide touristique. Cette charmante demeure normande a été restaurée avec goût et tout y est pensé pour passer d'agréables moments, sans oublier le terrain de pétanque et le garage transformé en salle de jeux, véritable caverne d'Ali Baba pour petits et grands. Si vous recherchez le calme de la campagne normande à 2 pas de la mer, n'hésitez pas, venez chez Mélanie et Ambroise qui sont des hôtes très accueillants. Une adresse que je recommande vivement.

Perfekte Unterkunft!!!

Was das Herz in der Normandie benötigt, hier ist alles vorhanden. 1A Unterkunft, bei Bedarf Ruhe oder großzügige Räumlichkeiten, Grundstück, Garten, „Spielhalle“ für jedes Wetter, tolle Küche usw. Nähe zu Strand, Kultur oder Küstenstädtchen. Wir haben NICHTS vermisst, inkl. Eingezäuntem Grundstück für den Vierbeiner!

Geschmackvoll renoviertes Bauernhaus in toller Lage

Haus geschmackvoll modernisiert, in Teilen jedoch einfach. Betten und Sitzmöbel (outdoor) sehr unbequem. Haus war sehr sauber - der Außenbereich leider nicht & ungepflegt. Das war schade, da wir die meiste Zeit - genau - draußen waren. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum und man erreicht viele schöne Ziele in kurzer Zeit. Auto ist ein Muss.

Etant en vacances au moment de votre séjour, nous vous avons contacté à plusieurs reprises et vous nous disiez que tout était parfait. Il aurait fallu nous signaler à ce moment-là que vous trouviez l'extérieur négligé (ce qui n'est jamais le cas), et non à la fin de votre séjour. Nous aurions rappelé notre jardinier en urgence (il était malheureusement malade le week-end de votre arrivée) et il aurait fait le nécessaire. En ce qui concerne les lits inconfortables, nous en sommes très étonnés. Toute la literie est neuve et de très bonne qualité.Vous êtes le premier à vous en plaindre. Nous mettons un point d'honneur pour que tout soit parfait pour nos clients. Dommage que vous n'ayez pas souhaité que l'on se rencontre la veille de votre départ. Vous auriez pu nous expliquer exactement ce qui n'était pas à votre goût.

Wohnen wie Gott in der Normandie!

Das im französischen verwendete „genial“ trifft auf diese mit viel Feingefühl eingerichtete Unterkunft in vollem Umfang zu. Es gibt nichts was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt vermisst. Die Küche in ihrer optimalen Aufteilung und direkten Zugang zur Gartenterrasse lässt koch begeisterte ins schwärmen geraten. Der sehr geräumige Wohn/Essbereich ist großzügig, herrlich ausgeleuchtet und verbreitet ländlichen Scham. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit sehr bequem Betten und dem herrlichen Ausblick über das vorgelagerte Tal bieten ebenfalls viel Komfort. Abgerundet durch die Außen Terrasse mit Schatten, dem Garten und dem windgeschützten Außen Sitzbereich rund um das Anwesen ab. Alles in herrlicher Ruhe und trotzdem in direkter Nähe zum malerischen Honfleur bzw. den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung. Ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil!!!

Séjour entre amis avec des enfants dans un cadre fantastique de calme et face à la nature Maison conforme à la description, fonctionnelle, chambres de belles superficient. Un deuxième wc dans la salle de bain aurait été un plus mais nous sommes vraiment ravis de ce séjour! La personne qui s'est occupée de nous a été très sympathique, serviable et disponible. A recommander les yeux fermés!

Super Ferien!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und Hund) hatten eine tolle Woche in dem wirklich wunderschön renovierten Haus von Melanie. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, so was hat man selten in einem Ferienhaus. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und der Empfang war dementsprechend herzlich. Neben dem Wohnhaus mit einem abgeschlossenen Garten drumherum (gut für den Hund), gibt es auch noch eine große Scheune mit Tischtennis, Dart, Tischkicker etc. Bei Fragen war Melanie immer sofort zur Stelle und extrem hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es sind nur 5 MInuten mit dem Auto bis nach Honfleur, Strände und Einkaufszentren sind auch nicht weit. Allerdings braucht man natürlich immer ein Auto. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
