Maison spacieuse, intérieur rénové et impeccable. Très bon équipement en cuisine. Dressing dans toutes les chambres. 1 seule salle de bains pour 8 personnes, mais vaste, avec grande baignoire et douche séparée à l'italienne. Jardin spacieux.Village très calme. Excellente boulangerie !Les personnes de l'accueil ont été à la fois diligentes et disponibles.

Super maison

Très bonnes vacances dans cette maison bien situé et très bien équipé. Idéal famille avec jeunes enfants avec grand jardin clos et divers jeux et livres. Village agréable avec une super aire de jeux et une bonne boulangerie à deux pas.

Séjour en famille et entre amis

Le séjour s’est bien passé, la maison est conforme à l’annonce, elle est bien située proche du lac (dont la baignade était interdite lorsque nous y étions). La maison était propre, moderne et bien équipée, le jardin et les environs agréables. MAIS , suite à la location, la propriétaire nous a facturé des frais supplémentaires pour le ménage, sachant que nous avons payé le forfait ménage à 130 euros (deja cher, une agence facturant 30 euros de l’heure, cela correspond à plus de 4h de ménage sans les draps à enlever et les lits à refaire….), et que nous avions effectué le minimum requis (vidage des poubelles, coup de balai et d’éponge ), ainsi que des frais pour avoir mis une petite piscine gonflable pour enfant. La communication a été compliquée avec la conciergerie qui, n’étant pas disponible le samedi matin, a fait l’état des lieux le vendredi, et surtout avec la propriétaire qui m’a envoyé de nombreux messages sans chercher d’explications suite à la location.

Schöner Urlaub in großzügigem Haus

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen Urlaub in dem Haus. Es ist einfach eingerichtet ohne viel Schnickschnack. Von der Qualität im oberen Bereich sind es Ikea Möbel. Im Wohn- und Küchenbereich ist die Ausstattung hochwertiger. Der Garten gut, mit 6 Kindern war es schön, dass er eingezäunt war. Ansonsten aber großzügig geschnittenes Haus und ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien. Auch vieles für Kinder vorhanden (Bodyboard, Strandspielzeug, Hochsitz etc.) Ca 20 Minuten bis Mimizan Plage. Gegenüber eine gute Taverne und wirklich in 100m kleiner Laden und Bäcker. Wir hatten schöne Tage 😊

Nous avons bien profités et fortement appréciés notre séjour. La location était assez grande pour 10 personnes et il y avait beaucoup de vaisselles et d'électroménager à disposition. Les responsables de la conciergerie ont été très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

La maison est super, tres bien localisé, boulangerie a 100 mètres, restaurant super bon. La dame qui nous reçoit est très gentille, La propriétaire est tres gentille et tres compréhensive pour avoir accepté de nous louer du lundi au lundi. Je recommande cette maison.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Ideal von der Zimmeraufteilung für 2 Familien. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist genial. Der Garten läd zu schönen Grillabenden und zum Fußballspielen ein. Die Kommunikation mit Cécile war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr schnell in der Antwort. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen und gerne wiederkommen.

The house was just as advertised and beside a fabulous bakery and very handy for the beaches and great lakes. Communication before was perfect and instructions for check-in easy to follow. Rénovée récemment et décorée avec goût, la maison est très bien équipée et spacieuse. Maison conforme à la description. Très bien équipée. La plancha à gaz en plus. La maison est restée relativement fraîche malgré les 40° à l'ombre dehors. Resteraient bien quelques travaux à l'extérieur à faire, mais l'intérieur est nickel. Tres bon séjour.
